We all go a little mad hungry sometimes (Patreon)

I know that this series is meant to showcase characters outgrowing iconic locations from their own shows. In the case of Scoob here, the Mystery Machine was too easy a target. I thought about the house from the opening of the original show but didn't know if it was going to be recognizable enough. Then, started to go through iconic thriller/horror movie locations: The Amityville horror house, The Overlook Hotel and the Bates Motel. Ended up deciding for the latter, given it would make the most sense, universe-wise: They're always on the road, going through roads not well travelled.

This piece is meant to combine elements from the original Psycho from the 60's as well as incorporating the sign from the Bates Motel TV show from the 2010's. The Mystery Machine's design is based on the one from Mystery Incorporated. Threw in a quick easter egg with the licence plate.

I was meaning to draw this piece for last year, but things came up IRL. Finally got around to it and hope you like how it turned out as much as I do.
