Little life update for you guys 💗 I’ve been super busy lately doing pop-ups for my protein baking business, and it’s been going really well!! It’s been so exciting watching something I’ve worked so hard on grow and getting to meet so many people through it!!

I’m also planning to start my next bodybuilding prep in January, so right now I’m enjoying having a little more flexibility and using this time to create more content for you guys :)

And thank you so much for being patient with me about the Google Drive links!! I’m still trying to find a new video platform to transfer everything to that allows this kind of content under their terms of service 🤞 There’s quite a bit to move over, so bear with me while I get everything figured out. I really appreciate you guys being so understanding 💗
