SHAY.

Love Destin! If you haven't already heard of them, a couple more talented, budding artists from the new generation you might like are Q and Kyle Dion. Highly recommend giving Q's 2022 album "Soul, Present" a listen. All of his music (which he's the sole writer and producer of), is great but that project really stands out. He's giving a fresh take on 80s pop/r&b/soul. STRONG Prince/MJ vibes. Kyle Dion's latest project "SOULAR" is awesome, fun, and really well done. The sound is 80s/90s pop and r&b meets contemporary. Both albums are quick and easy listens. If you're open to requests for future first time listen lives or podcast reviews, I'd love to hear your opinion on these two- positive or critical 😊 Bonus: new gen jazz recommendations for you and anyone else interested: Yussef Dayes- Black Classical Music, and The Yussef Dayes Experience Live at Joshua Tree Venna- Venology, Equinox (and a new project titled "Malik" is on the way soon.)
