More commentary on the concept of 'service workers as slaves' that was inspired by the video clip of Remy Ma demanding free chicken nuggets (of all things) at a McDonald's drive-thru window on IG live. Her statement of why doesn't the worker violate policy and just "throw them in the bag" or 'hit the block' for another job after SHE forgot to order them, refused to go back around the drive-thru, AND refused to send someone in to get them was too much. The entitlement that service workers exist to take abuse or else they 'have bad attitudes' and need to 'find a better job' is totally out of control!
