I enjoyed this series with you… It’s nice to see you watch bl for the first time… Semantic error is probably the biggest korean bl there is before korean bls really became popular. I would recommend Love In The Big City cuz it is probably the most important korean bl and probably the most important bl there is, it is so real and complex.

Forstin S

HAHAHAHA the kissed really took you away😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 thank you so much for your reaction, your reaction always be my fav Caitlin!! always made my day too🥰 i never expected you would react to bl series, maybe in the future you can check Bad Buddy the series if you want to watch more BL it's a good one too, enemies to lovers trope😊

saylaa

I enjoyed this so much !!

Beppeli

Loved watching your reaction to this great series. If you're interested in more lighter (means not overly spicy) BL, I would recommend "Cherry Blossoms after Winter" (another one with height difference), "Light on Me" (shy protagonist), "To my Star" or "Love Tractor" (both more on the mature side).

Aj Amo

EP 7 is THAT EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!

Cele B

Aahhh I wasn’t expecting last episodes today! Excited to get home from work to watch. First time watching this particular series, loved watching along with you 😊

Jazzy

Couldn't agree more with this being the perfect first BL. It's a cute story, fun enemies to lovers situation, nothing to crazy or tragic happening. Would totally be down for more BL's! The Eighth Sense is one id recommend tho I will say it's not as light hearted as this one but it's just soooooo good. From what I've seen this is how I've categorized BLs lol Korea: lots of Friends to Lovers to choose from Japan: lots of Opposites attract/Popular non Popular Thailand: One of them are gonna be rich lol Thailand also ups the spice level I will say I be having to pause and be like omg. lol

KahliTheBiQueen

This was so fun to rewatch with you!! It really is one of my favorite BLs and I would love for you to react to more. I would recommend the 8th Sense or maybe Jun and Jun if you want to keep going with the lighthearted ones, but I will say the eighth sense does have more of a darker tone but still an amazing drama.

Nathalia

This was so good!! I’m so happy you enjoyed it. This is my favorite BL. Light and fun to watch. My recommendation for the next one would be The 8th Sense. It’s my second favorite korean BL. It’s a bit more artsy and vibey and the actors are so good! It’s so beautiful. Thanks for being open to new things gurl🤍

TeaMarten

I enjoyed rewatching this series with you so much!! Your commentary and reactions bring me so much joy!! I've watched a couple of GEMS in the Japanese BLs recently: * Old Fashion Cupcake (Very sweet and peaceful, feel-good series. The love itself and the characters are mature and there is not much drama there. Basically, it is about 2 grown men in the corporate world trying to enjoy the little things in life aka deserts and sweets, haha) * I Hear the Sunspot (a Heartwarming and emotional series tackling masterfully the topic of disability as one of the leads is deaf. The acting is on point and it's just a very nice show)

haechanful

Love in the big city, the biggest korean SOLID queer series. It’s not BL, because BL is just not raw queer representation. i have another of my favourite, if it’s with you, it’s a Japanese BL, i would say it’s perfect for 5 episodes, just pure cuteness, great chemistry.

Daniela V.

Mans is so scared of commitment he's literally running away. He's just like me fr The reassuring hand squeeze when he holds his own hand to his heart IM TOO SINGLE FOR THIS I've been shut up with a kiss before and it was kind of awkward not gonna lie. I just continued like nothing happened cause I was MAKING POINTS God I love this series so much. I just relate to Sangwoo so much with being so unfamiliar with affection that it blindsides you. UGH

Jewel

Cherry magic is a good one I like the Thai version it’s more my speed in terms of pacing the main couple is together for a good part of the show and it’s 12 episodes so there isn’t a whole lot of drawn out storyline.

🩵Julissa🩵

yessss more BLs queen!! now you know how us veteran watchers be screaming and blushing at these actors lmaooooo

nova★

this was such a fun watch with you 😭 your reactions were so real like when you were flailing around on the couch i was dying bc SAME 😭 im watching a lot of other series with you and i agree that it was nice to have this tossed in to break up some of the heavier things we are watching. but as always, i will watch anything with you that you like just because you're my favourite reactor 🥹 I've been going through some personal things and your reactions always make me feel like I'm just hanging out with a friend and takes my mind off of things 🫶🏻 ty for this series girl !! i appreciate you 💖 it would be fun to watch roomates of poonduck 304 with you! it's so cute, i love the chemistry between the main leads and i didn't want it to end 😭 plus one of the main leads is jiwoong from zerobaseone and it's always fun to see him act! but there's lots to choose from, and whatever bl you choose to watch next i will 100% watch with you! there's a lot of great recommendations in the comments already, the 8th sense and love in the big city are great as well (: but definitely explore whatever seems the most interesting to you 🫶🏻

Josh smith

if you’re looking for something kinda like semantic error i think our dating sim is really good, similar vibe and length, one that’s a little more moody but also good is the eighth sense, but all the recommendations in the comments are also really good

Bre NeSmith

Your reactions are literally SO much fun! Absolutely loved watching this with you!

Jimmy Rodriguez

Loved !!❤️ If you want to continue your BL journey since you loved Semantic Error I would say “Roommates of Poongduck 304” it’s a short and cute one !!

Aj Amo

Caitin falling off her chair!!!!! perioddddt felt the same way the first time i watched this!!!!!

Lily Bujnak

"how am I gonna watch this show and deep down know this will never happen to me" so real for that 😭

Brooke E.

PLEASE more BLs. this had been so fun rewatching with you!! you dying every time they kiss is so real XD. if you want to mix your new anime interest and bl, Sasaki and Miyano is a very cute one that i highly recommend.

Erin Kuehn

A Shoulder to Cry On is such a good one, one of my favs. It's a K-BL. Pretty short, it's a rollercoaster of emotions in a good way in my opinion, laughing and crying in the same episode, ya know? It's on Viki

Erin Kuehn

To My Star S1 and S2 is also a fantastic K-BL. Super cute. Highly recommend. They are short episodes so when I watched it, I binged it in like 1 night

Lily Bujnak

when it comes to Thai bl my fav cutesy ones are my school president, boss and a babe and bad buddy (cutesy but sometimes not but it is), them more of a like a bit deeper storyline are Last Twilight and Moonlight Chicken and IF you wanna try something with A LOT of drama and also spiciness the ONLY FRIENDS, Manners of Death, KinnPorsche... my fav Chinese bl is and probably forever be is the untamed but it has 50 episodes so yeah haha... Korean I definitely recommend the 8th sense its so deep and beautiful AND a Taiwanese movie another MASTERPIECE is movie called Your Name Engraved Herein definitely worth of watching 🫶🏻

Dofftee

I really love how much you enjoyed this series and the genre bl! Another pretty solid korean bl is "cherry blossom after winter" or "roommates of poongduck 304" (with kim jiwoong from zb1) ... but thai bl are on another level. They are longer and more dramatic but also really good like: "Love in the Air" or "TharnType". There is also a korean-thai cooperation "Love Is Like A Cat" with Jimin and geonu from Just B (or former I-Land) ... anyway, what I'm trying to say is that there is a big world of bl waiting for you to discover (oc slowly and at your own pace)

Dofftee

Love your reaction as always! Stay healthy 💜

Audra Krenn

I loved watching this along with you!! Some of my all time favorite shows have been BLs so I’d love for you to keep reacting to BLs! KinnPorsche is one of my favs but it’s a pretty heavy one, another one is The Untamed (a Chinese BL) but it’s a very long show (has 50 episodes so it would be a LONG commitment). I did finish up one not long ago called Monster Next Door (it’s a Thai BL but it was another light/cute show). There’s so many good BLs out there so you will not run out of shows to pick from!

Guini

Loved your reaction because I was the same the first time around 😂 Oooh there’s so many bls I would love u to see. Another cutesy Korean bl that I would recommend is Light on Me. My all time favorite is the biggest bl turned bromance story ever 😅 (damn Chinese censorship) THE UNTAMED. The story is just so damn good. But that’s a big one to commit to! I think it’s 100% worth it and so many would definitely watch with you .

Heidi

Please I would honestly do anything for you to watch “The Eighth Sense” mind you in is on the sadder side at times but it is my favourite BL to date coming from someone who nearly only watches BL. That would be my number 1 recommendation but I would love for you to explore some Thai BL’s too so I would suggest: Bad Buddy and KinnPorsche if your into the steamier side of BL HAHA. But other then that thank you so much for giving Semantic Error and BL in general a try, I loved your reaction and will look forward to any BL’s you do in the future!!

IRINA

Thank you so much❤️❤️ I enjoyed watching it with you one more time. I recommend “The eighth Sense”. It also Korean BL , but more on the heavy side. It’s very real (at least I think so). One more heavy- “Until we meet again”. I cried my eyes out on this one (it’s Thai BL). “Roommates of Poongduck 304” is also Korean, it’s a fun and short one just like the one you just watched. Anyways if want to choose something to watch I have a whole list😂 so just say your preferences. Again thank you so much for the reaction. Love you❤️

K P

Thanks for your reaction, I really enjoyed it🥰 and a heads up this is going to be a long comment If you want some more Korean bl a few I recommend are Love for Love’s Sake (8 Episodes), Love Tractor (8 Episodes), The Eighth Sense (10 Episodes), and Jun & Jun (8 Episodes) If you want some Thai bl those I recommend are My School President (12 Episodes), Until We Meet Again (17 Episodes), Vice Versa (12 Episodes), and Bad Buddy (12 Episodes) For Taiwanese bls I recommend About Youth (8 Episodes), See Your Love (Currently Airing - 9 Episodes are Available Right Now), Kiseki: Dear to Me (14 Episodes), and Stay by My Side (11 Episodes)

M T

Kinnporshe please next 🙂 😂😂😂

Jana_28_

I would love to see your reaction to the eight sense it is such a good korean Bl drama. One of my all time favs!!

Akitsune.a

i recommend to my star ( but it has a lot of angst in it and its a roll of emotions )

SpicyLife02

Girl, write these down! 😀 KinnPorsche!!!! Girlll it’s so good. It has a fun mafia/romance plot, with some humorous moments tossed in, amazing actors etc. I also think you would really like My School President. Amazing musical aspect to it, and cute story. Another great one is NOT ME. It’s another classic/well known favorite. Also, Last Twilight!! Memorable, heart felt, amazing chemistry of the main couple. I could give you so many suggestions but these are a few must sees if you are getting into BLs. Have fun!! Maybe you could do a poll with some of the suggested BLS, to figure out which to watch next 🥰 exciting! BLs are so much fun

simran

I wonder how you're gonna survive through Thai BLs in case you start watching them😂 But I so love your reactions....you represent most of us

simran

I hope you react to The Best Story, Love Mechanics, KinnPosrche, Until We Meet Again, Between Us, I told sunset about you, The Only One and many more lol

John Marquez

I’m back. And with one of my fave show. Let’s get it. Glad you enjoyed it Caitlin. I thoroughly enjoyed rewatching it with you. 🥰

Lele

THE WAY HE GAVE HIM A 1-MINUTE WARNNG AND THEN SANGWOO JUST GRABBED HIM BY THE SHIRT HAAAAAAA i can't believe i'm just watching this for the first time. this was so cute

Moha babe babe

I think you'll really enjoy Thame-Po: Heart That Skips a Beat! This captivating series follows Po, who is tasked with documenting the final concert of the boy group Mars before their disbandment. As he navigates this significant moment, he inadvertently becomes the closest confidante of the group’s leader, Thame. With Thame preparing to debut in South Korea and leaving the rest of the group behind, the series is filled with misunderstandings and emotional moments. The show premiered on December 13th, and the first episode was fantastic! It features a total of 13 episodes, with a new one released each week. Thame-Po showcases the boy group Mars, portrayed by the real-life boy group LYKN. You can watch it on both YouTube and Netflix.

KatlaTheKat

I really liked a Shoulder To Cry On

zb1 luvr

LIGHT ON ME NEXT LIGHT ON ME NEXT

Shyshy

The ep 7 kiss is literally so legendary and iconic🎉🎉🎉💕 it’s so cute and well written. I absolutely love Jaeyoung and Sangwoo

Veera

I had already watched this show two times but I really enjoyed watching this with you for the third time, thank you Caitlin I had the time of my life with your reactions🤣🩵🩵

Sakura

Thank you for your reactions, it was really fun watching Semantic Error with you 🤣 I would like to recommend The Untamed (2019), it's a chinese drama and the most popular for years in China and in the World (billions of views) even if it was heavily censored. The novel who inspired the drama is 100% BL. The scenery, story and costumes are just gorgeous in chinese dramas. Please, consider adding it to your list for later if you don't want to watch a longer BL drama at the moment. This drama is a roller coaster of emotions, I'm pretty sure it will also become one of your favorites.

Audrey

There is so so so many great Bls out there but also a lot of bad ones! I know that you don't want recs on here so I will just say that I recommend finding a few you're interested in and then doing a poll? Honestly there are many with so many different vibes and countries that recs are going to be all over the place! But if you find a few that you would enjoy and then put it out there I'm sure there will be plenty of us who are interested! Thank you for the reactions! You genuinely make me happy to spend time with here, I hope you know that. Now time for my comment to be eaten by the masses! Haha

Lily

Thanks for your reactions! It’s been an amazing ride with you on this one ♡ I love how we got a lighthearted show in between darker and more intense ones. This isn’t a BL rec but if you ever need another show with good pace and fun + witty characters, you may consider checking out ‘Love to hate you’ on Netflix. It’s pure comedy with quite unique fl/ml dynamics compared to most kdramas

Lily Lawerence

For Thai bl I would recommend love by chance For Taiwanese bl I would recommend history 4: close to you or unknown For Japanese bl I would recommend my personal weatherman

Azure Hickman

Our Dating Sim should be your next bl
