What a nice surprise this is! I’m gonna rewatch season 1 with you first but I can’t wait to watch! Hope you had an amazing Christmas with your family.

YAYYYY

Collis Rock

Period. I hadn’t watched it yet so I can “watch it with y’all” 😊

Fraffro

Gong yoo acting was indeed sooo good. I wasn't able to catch a single breath during the russian roulette scenes😰. Maybe it's because I've watched many kdramas since season 1 got released, but I recognised so many actors/actresses in this season and the cast is really good!!

Chiiken

its heeere

Naty

Gong Yoo is also in "The Trunk" , he is amazing and also the cast is so good, lots of familiar faces!! For now i'm really loving how they end the episodes, is adictive

Yeah I’m currently watching that right now as well. He’s really good! I like him for sure! He’s got a good range of acting too so it lets me know he can play any role. Amazing cast!

Joy

Damn I love gong yoo acting here. I feel like this is the first time I've seen him this psychotic i guess. I haven't seen to many shows with him in it. I need to catch up with your the trunk reactions.

Tristana Keauna

I can't wait to watch your reaction, though it'll probably be in a week or so. I have to binge watch it by myself first haha. I'm so excited for this season!

Ari

You know what….HELL YEAH!!! That was an AMAZING first episode! I love that I’m recognizing some actors. Can’t wait for the next episode!!!!!

Ari

Also his body was definitely TEE!!!!

Wi Hajoon (the detective) is also in some great roles. Little Women (a spin on the book, modern day, three sisters, but with a murder mystery) is actually quite interesting. (This one not too huge on reacting to it, but a good show nonetheless) Gyeongsang Creature who has another main lead of Park Seojun (main lead in Itaewon Class) the second season also dropped this year. Really interesting as well. I feel like your reaction to this one would be wild. Even if you don’t react to them, I’d still recommend them as a watch! (But also let me know what you think 😂)

So in the end, GiHun and the Recruiter both stuck through. One couldn’t admit to being the same as the rest of the killers, the other couldn’t admit to being a dog. Not saying one or the other was right or wrong. Rip to Gong Yoos character, dude was awesome

Jayden Flores

when you got your phone out to look up the cast, i instantly got a throwback to your stranger things s4 reactions haha.. iykyk

They definitely need to put Gong Yoo in another role like this. He’s phenomenal at it.

1:09:12 the actor's name is Gong Yoo and i agree he's an AMAZING actor!! i think the first drama i've seen him in was Goblin and his role there is completely different from what we see in Train to Busan and this (even tho he has such lil parts here in Squid Game but his acting from those lil bits was chefs kiss, truly), but he kills any role he plays. also i agree with you on your favorite scene from this episode bc omg, it was so tense between the two of them and both Gong Yoo's character and the main lead did so great. :')

Bro said shitty bang bang 🤣 I died Also I feel like a lot of people will be "disappointed" at this season because the first one had the surprise factor but the story telling in this season is really great

Wow what a great first episode. I admit I was initially apprehensive about watching the first season because I knew the deaths would be brutal and it would be a hard watch for me, but finally decided to watch with you, and aside from the brutality of it, the series was written extremely well and had me locked in! Also the message resonates with many no matter where you are in the world. I know there is chatter about this season, and the comparisons to the first season and I usually don't have high expectations of sequels but from this episode even if not better than, I can tell it will be good, and that is all I can hope for when watching a show or film, great writing, a solid story, fleshed out characters, and character development. I think we are in good hands. Looking forward to watching this season with you as well. Also Mr Gong is such an amazing actor, to have that much impact in his short time on screen, wow...definitely one of my favs out of SK.

I wasn’t able to finish S1 on my own because it was no fun and here I’m finishing S1 and going into S2 with you 😎❤️‍🔥!

Alexandria T

Had to watch both episodes before I watch your reactions.

Shyshy

Brooooooo I’m so excited

Alya Anuar

I'm so happy to see the new side of gongyoo..i never imagine i get to see him with the "psycho" character ..it make me forget his chaacter in "Goblin" lol

Sam Ui

I don't know if it's just me or the previous season made me this way (with this 2nd season) but this episode with the russian roulette did not faze me. I love that the messenger had his spotlight in this episode. I'm used to seeing this actor with a heroe kinda role. The nice guy. If not, still somewhat "normal". Not like this. He did it so well. It's the first time I saw him take a role like this. Given....I don't watch kdramas. I keep forgetting his name too even though he's a well known actor.
