What basically you meant was this series was “Not The Best, But Still Good” we got it gurllll. I do think so too, there’s a lot of misoppurtunity for the 2nd and 3rd couple but yeah, I love it since the main couple were really giving a lot! I really enjoyed your reactions, love you girl!!

At 53:02, the guy in the black is Max and is a bl actor paired with Nat. Nat appeared in the show too as PK, he was Qin’s basketball teammate. The extra scene that was added in the Netflix version is the scene in episode 11 after they leave the bathroom. The original version ends once Duang shuts the bedroom door; we never got to see what happens once they enter the room (NC scene with Duang biting Qin🫣🤭).

this has been on my watchlist for a while but i’ve been avoiding Thai BL’s a bit because the cringe sometimes is too much 💀 while this was cringe too lol watching this with you made me remember why i loved Thai BL’s in the first place. the thing is because during the show so many fans including myself felt the chemistry between pae and tong so much that even the director were also shocked since that was not his intention, it was just lowkey something everyone saw during the show. but because during that time the actor who played tong was not under dmd yet so a lot of things were not clear and hard to make them partners. after the show ended, pae and tong attended quite a few events and during some of their interviews, they shared that their friendship go all the way back and stuff and that they were already quite close even before the show. soon after the show ended and with so many supports and cheers from the fans, the actor who played tong decided to finally joined dmd and now is “officially” partnered with the actor who played pae.

as the reason to why the 2nd couple didn’t really had any progress was because in the novel that the series was adapted from, their dynamics were written only a tad bits, for which to be honest seeing how the director has expanded their story into how it is in the series is actually considered a lot (but ohhh… how i wish i want them to progress further so badly like all🥲) anyway, as in the actors themselves, during the time when the series were shot, the actor who acted as jamie didn’t have his official partner yet as he was still in the progress of choosing (aka still in the middle of the show dmd friendship ss3 where he ended up choosing the actor who acted as marvis in the end) and so after they had confirmed each other as partners, the director then proceeds to shot their scenes in duang with you. so…maybe because of a certain circumstances, i guess the story had to go the way it is 🙂👍🏻 ANYWAYYYY, just wanted to say that im always thankful for ur reactions. been here with you for 5 years now since i’ve just started my university and now that i have just graduated recently, i wanted to come and thank u again for always making these good videos. staying up for late nights finishing my architecture projects were never easy but it became more bearable because u were always there with me hahahahahhaa i always put ur videos on whenever i need to work long hours days and nights. thank u again caitlin, truely🥹 wishing for u to always stay happy and healthy, luvvv😁

I didn't read every single comment on the other episode reactions, so I'm not sure if anyone told you this before but; Duang has been refering to himself in 3rd person (as in, he said Duang instead of "I") whenever talking to Qin. He also does it with his family + other people like his seniors, but that is more platonic (its commonly used to express affection in Thailand). And he has always called Qin "Ter" which can translate to many things, but it's mainly used between lovers (can sometimes also be used with extremely close friends). This way of referring to himself as "Duang" instead of "I" and "Ter" instead of just saying "you/Qin" is the "tone" that Duang requested Qin to use in this episode lolol. If you go back to EP 6 which Duang is helping Qin wiht his wound back at home, Qin tries to mumbles "Ter" but gives up which Duang looks shocked and asks to repeat what Qin just said XD In this episode in the scene with the umbrella, Qin calls himself "Qin" (in 3rd person like Duang always does) and calls him "Ter" instead of you which is why Duang is flustered and loves it hehe. Also Duang says "ka" (used by women/between lovers affectionately) to end his sentences with Qin instead "khaap" (used by men). A few times Qin also says "ka" to when Duang requests him :3 You'll notice Qin using these phrases more and more in this episode ^^

I really love this bl but I totally agree with you on most of the stuff u said and also the 2nd main couple is going to have a bl soon and im pretty sure theyre series is not cringey at all based on the novel ik of it and stuff but yeah maybe when it comes out we will see but loved yr reaction🫡💗

I subbed for your Duang reactions. Love how much you enjoyed the show. I agree that they didn't do the other pairings much credit. Teetee's portrayal of Duang really sells the whole thing. It could have been so cringe in the wrong hands.
