ahn hyoseop (kang taemoo) and kim sejeong (shin hari) actually have a video of them singing the love, maybe ost by melomance (the song minwoo requested for them at the concert) together and it's super cute!

Lol I feel you Caitlin. When Ahn Hyo-seop speaks in his Canadian accent it's A LOT 😆

Naty

Yes i also don't like when they take too long for the couple,i have to admit i've stoped watching certain dramas because of that but this one is well done also we haver the other couple so is more easy to watch. Thank you Cait i am having a great time!

Alexia

Some of these subs are very odd and I don't remember seeing any of that when I watched the show myself. Especially the convo right after they finish the concert, makes him sound extremely mean when he wasn't. Are you watching on Netflix ?

Caitlin Benson

I wouldn’t know cause I’m not Korean. I’m watching on Netflix. I haven’t had any problems when it’s come to subs while using Netflix. I’ve watched all of itaewon class and it was fine so idk?

Alexia

Oh I just figured it out ! You're watching with English CC subs and I watched with normal English subs at the time. I didn't know the text was that different. I think the normal English subs are better.

Alexia

I believe the guy who plays Tae Moo grew up in Canada and that's why his English is so good ^^

Caitlin Benson

Should I just use the normal setting? I didn’t know there was more than one version for English subs lol

Alexia

I think you should, the CC ones are a bit crazy to me (like when she called her friend a "hoe" earlier in the episode lmao). Normal English subs is the way to go.

Yay I have so much fun watching this with you, I totally feel you on the moving out thing I am 26 and hopefully moving out the next year I love my parents but yeah.. the concert scene always gets to me :( she I very good at crying and making me sad

coco.mg

I remember being so mad at the guy, because it seems like he's been leading her on and knew. But Now I realize, he probably didn't know.

Valtinyy

I heard that the CC subs are kinda auto generated, that’s why they are weird. 😂

Kevin Austria

Thank you for this Bestie! Cant wait for next episode! Its really hard for me to fight the urge to binge watch it on Netflix but watching it with you is more enjoyable! Love you ❤️

That song played in the concert is the official OST of this drama. It became really popular last 2022, won the OST of the year. It has 2 versions. The first one is sung by the singers in the concert and the 2nd one is sung by the female lead herself. Shes also an idol/singer-songwriter aside fom being an actress. You will hear her version at the ending.

Empath! You’re an empath like me. I can’t watch any of them without crying either. It sucks….LOL And some of the words are a little weird…I think it said Cha called his new neighbor an “octopus” or something? Bahaha? Translation can be a bit goofy sometimes. Kim Sejeong used to be part of I.O.I with Jeon Somi and had a jaw dropping comeback a few months ago. She released it literally right after I watched this the first time through which was the only reason I actually listened to it. She’s got a beautiful singing voice. I haven’t heard the version of the song everyone’s talking about, but I’m gonna go check it out now. But thanks for watching this!! I’m having so much fun again and it’s so hard to not binge watch it like I did the first time!!

Ariana Escalante

I love how funny and dorky the show is lol 😂💖

Ariana Escalante

That’s so true I was so confused and trying to figure out is motive for lol
