And any suggestions on how to make it even worse? Trying to make the worst ad that RR has ever seen. ;)

Maybe toss some emojis in there as well. You could also distort the faces a bit. I'll have to look around for some references for more suggestions. After all, the art of the terrible meme/ad is one of great depth and much deep fried garbage.

I'm a little concerned that the text is a little too legible. Maybe you could distort that even further so people have to try even harder to make it out? Then you could also invert all of the colors so it is absolutely horrendous.

Draw a dick on his forehead, make an extremely detailed pile of sh*t in the background, cut off it's nose: Voldemort style, give it a forked tongue: have one fork up the nose, the other stroking his dirty, encrusted beard (add the beard), add ear hair, nose hair, etc, widen the neck, make him obese, make it super detailed on the gross parts, while leaving the rest people pixelated (to make it Obvious that it's intentional), add flies and mosquitoes, add boils, open sores, and pimples; the background should be rotting flesh, maggots squirming out instead of pixels perhaps? Instead of pixelating, the most horrific ad will be worse the more detail you add!
