$5 tier posts (and lower) update (Patreon)

Hey guys!

So it looks like my ‘clever’ workaround didn’t really work- posting new chapters only available for the $5 tier still notifies literally everyone.

Im considering a new strategy - sending out a message to everyone with a link to the chapter when it comes out. Does that sound okay, or is it too much of a bother?
