New sets and possibly new tiers / 新しいセットと、場合によっては新しいティアが登場するかもしれません (Patreon)

Dear supporters,

I am working on a lot of new sets (actually, I should focus on few and complete them but it seems I am unable to do that :D) as you can see in the previews. So, asking for your favorite ones should accelerate the process; I can finish the ones you like the most giving priority to them.

Another thing I want to bring (as I already said some time ago) is animations: however, due to the big amount of sets I publish and the slow generation for creating animations, it is really hard to animate all the scenes I make for each of the 4 sets I publish every day; so, I was trying to find some balance, and I would like to know your opinion about this.

The idea is: a mix of animations and sets with multiple people. In this way, I can add a reasonably number of animations and compensate with different sets with multiple people without killing my GPU :D. I was thinking about a new tier (or two new tiers) with about 20 animations on each of the 4 sets plus another daily set involving more people (probably I will separate the new set and the animations in two tiers, since animations are really expensive in terms of time and power consumption). However, for multiple people there are two possibilities: one girl and many men or one man and 2+ girls.

Initially, I was way more interested in having more girls and one guy; the problem is that, for obtaining max quality on girl, I use specific models trained on them and often more than one character model influence each other; this creates a mess and is obviously not a good product. There are way to make regional prompting and separate, but it is almost impossible to keep with the work I already deliver. The only real solution to this is making of girls from the same anime and use the general model internal training, but this greatly narrows the possibilities for the characters that can be made. Instead, 2 men or more and one girl seems way easier (because I have to use only one model for the girl, and this means that I can do virtually any girl characters); however, I am not sure if it of your liking. I looked around and it seems appreciated (I saw creators with thousands of subscribers with this), but maybe you are a different crowd and you do not like it.

Now, the sore point: as you probably imagined, prices will be higher for these tiers. I understand that I already charge a lot, but unfortunately (as I complained before) I am not growing anymore. We can make a deal like this: if you will support me with this tier and I will reach for more subscribers, I will consider decreasing the prices of all tiers if everything seems stable. I highly prefer to have more people subscribed for less price: obviously this is more stable. It is better to depend on a lot of people for very little price than the other way around.

プレビューをご覧いただければお分かりいただけると思いますが、現在たくさんの新しいセットを制作中です（本当はいくつかに絞って完成させるべきなのですが、なかなか時間が取れません :D）。そこで、皆様のお気に入りのセットを教えていただければ、制作スピードが上がると思います。皆様のご意見を参考に、優先的に完成させていきたいと考えています。

また、以前にもお伝えしたように、アニメーションも制作したいと思っています。しかし、公開するセットの数が非常に多く、アニメーション制作に時間がかかるため、毎日公開している4つのセットそれぞれにアニメーションをつけるのは本当に大変です。そこで、バランスを取ろうと考えており、皆様のご意見を伺いたいと思っています。

私の考えは、アニメーションと複数人が登場するセットを組み合わせることです。こうすることで、GPUに過負荷をかけることなく、適度な数のアニメーションを追加し、複数人が登場する様々なセットでバランスを取ることができると考えています :D。 4つのセットそれぞれに約20種類のアニメーションを含む新しいティア（もしくは2つのティア）を考えています。さらに、より多くの人物が登場するデイリーセットも用意する予定です（アニメーションは時間と電力消費の面で非常にコストがかかるため、新しいセットとアニメーションは2つのティアに分けるつもりです）。ただし、複数人物の場合、1人の女性と多数の男性、または1人の男性と2人以上の女性という2つの選択肢があります。

当初は、女性を多く、男性を1人という構成に非常に興味がありました。問題は、女性のクオリティを最大限に高めるために、彼女たち専用のモデルをトレーニングしているのですが、複数のキャラクターモデルが互いに影響し合うことが多く、混乱を招き、明らかに良い製品とは言えません。地域ごとのプロンプトを設定して分離する方法はありますが、既に提供している作業量を維持するのはほぼ不可能です。唯一の現実的な解決策は、同じアニメから女性キャラクターを作成し、汎用モデルの内部トレーニングを使用することですが、これによって作成できるキャラクターの可能性が大幅に制限されてしまいます。むしろ、男性2人以上と女性1人という構成の方がずっと簡単そうです（女性キャラクターは1つのモデルで済むので、ほぼどんな女性キャラクターでも作れるからです）。ただ、これがあなたの好みかどうかは分かりません。周りを見渡すと好評のようですが（この構成で数千人の登録者を持つクリエイターも見かけました）、もしかしたらあなたは違う層で、この構成は好みではないかもしれません。

さて、本題ですが、ご想像の通り、これらのティアの価格は高くなります。既に高額な料金設定になっていることは承知していますが、残念ながら（以前にもお話ししたように）登録者数が伸び悩んでいます。そこで、このような提案をさせてください。もしあなたがこのティアで私をサポートし、私が登録者数を増やすことができれば、状況が安定してきたら全てのティアの価格を下げることを検討します。私は、より少ない価格でより多くの登録者を獲得できる方が断然良いと考えています。当然ながら、その方が安定します。少ない価格で多くの人に支えてもらう方が、その逆よりもずっと良いのです。
