Pasta... that cliffhanger was intentional; and now, I want to fight you in the parking lot of Denny's 🤣 I'm so glad that Keane knew though. I feel like that "If you have so little confidence in me" line was also directed to us for doubting him 🤣

t
>>156197777

not the dennys parking lot 🤣🤣😭😭

Crimson

I feel bad for Keane, to be friends with Onyx for so many years only to see how little Onyx can trust Keane's feelings.

Jay

I KNEW HE WOULD RECOGNIZE HIM

Pam

The cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers gahhhhh

InsaneSilence

AND IT ENDS LIKE THAT?? Imma need more chapter like yesterday😭

t

nobody asked, but hear me out for a second. tbh, i hope keane chews out onyx for putting him through the ringer with all his pent-up feelings towards onyx. like, keane deserves to let it all out—the frustration, the hurt, the confusion. i feel like onyx and keane are about to crash out on each other, like emotions are going to peak, because the miscommunication, the lies, the rumor, the running away, and not speaking to each other—it’s all been building up. it’s like this huge emotional bomb, and it’s just ticking down, ready to go off lol. but honestly, i think they need that explosion. like, sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to clear the air. i hope after everything blows up, they can both lay it all out there—no more hiding, no more running. i want keane to finally say how much onyx means to him, and for onyx to stop holding himself back and admit that keane has always been his person. and after that, i hope they both realize that they care about and love each other so much and can finally just be together without all the drama or fear getting in the way. like, just date already! they deserve a happy ending after all of this.

Meowmeow

omg omg omgomgomg

Moony700

Omg, I need more!!😭

t
>>156199317

thank you for coming to my ted talk, i’ll see y’all again next week, same time, if y’all have any question or just want to have conversation about this episode, im down. just comment below lmfao 🤣

Nat

Wow I cannot imagine how Keane is feeling right now...makes me think he's gonna need a breather from onyx. Just some space to reevaluate how worth it is it, chasing after someone who is so deeply hurt and unable to trust at this moment. I get obv where onyx is coming from here with his trauma and Keane constantly going after him and being doubted must also feel pretty shitty. Theyll make it thru it! Just communicate!

Brittany

Hehe I knew Keane knew it was Onyx 😌 .. this cliffhanger should be illegal though. I almost threw my phone lol

luigiymario2

I knew he knew the whole time! 😤😤😤

Avi

😨

Elio

Now they just need to kiss and makeup and have say gex 😔

unknownlkitw

why do these keep getting shorter and shorter every week!!

Teddy Chanel

SCREAMINGGGGGGGGG WHY DID YOU HAVE TO CUT IT RIGHT THERE?!???!!! ONYX IF YOU DONT SHIT THE F&#K UP OMFG

Momo

Ohhhh yess that was nourishing for my soul. I’m so glad Keane interrupted and stopped Onyx from misunderstanding Side note: “…if you have such little confidence in me” is totally directed at the audience as well lmao 😅

Higam3r

FINALLY, THANK YOU 🧎‍♂️

Caru Zu

Ahhhhhhhhhgggggghhghgggghg Pero es que eligió el peor juego de palabras!!!!!!!! (Ni si quiera puedo escribir en inglés mi frustración jajaja)

AddyOak

When the update is 7 pages instead of the usual 6 ❤️🎉 such a good update too! So much happened and I feel like I can finally breathe right! Yay! So glad they're actually communicating and so glad Keane interrupted Onyx before he could spiral too much 😭❤️ I love it and I hope they're both able to heal moving forward

Evie Rigg

How much you whatttt, I need to knowwwew

Kiri

When I say I legit scream no when I reached the end I’m not even kidding. My family was very concerned. I am so so so fucking glad I was right to have faith in Keane!!!! The relief I felt when he said he knew that god ahhhhh. I love this. Onyx fucking confessed in dying!!! Let them make up!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhh

Luz

IF THEY F*CK THSI UP I SWEAR I WILL BREAK DOWN

Ashley Carrillo
>>156199317

OMG YES! Like I TOTALLY understand how Onyx feels but Keane was right in the fact that they've been best friends since they were little kids. Yes Keane messed up and knowingly or unknowingly put Onyx through some stuff but Onyx did the same. Keane was coming around after the whole Lynx thing and then Onyx takes off because he fet like a burden and had some heavy trauma and had to get away but he also left Keane in the dust when all he wanted was Onyx and to make him happy so they both have some things to put on the line and I really hope Onyx finally gets it so they can both stop jumping through hoops and Onyx needs to trust Keane more

Ashley Carrillo

I'M CRYING! Onyx's outrage and Keane's speech after got me. I do feel horrible for Onyx and all he's gone through but Keane is right and I feel SO bad for him. To see how little your best friend/love of your life trusts you and how little confidence they have in you this whole time isn't easy. Of course Keane is always going to recognize Onyx no matter what because that's his person and they're connected for life. I just want Onyx to get that already and to have them just let everything out since the lynx stuff started to now because idk how much more chasing Keane can do if Onyx is never going to trust his love. But at least we know and Keane knows for a fact that Onyx loves him

Nikki Crumbley

Dude I honestly feel bad for keane. First onyx just ditches him and then when keane finds him he lies and says he has a boyfriend. Then onyx is always being mean and giving him the cold shoulder or running away or just pushing him away and hurting him. Then they meet on anonchat and go to that party and kiss and looks like to everything is gonna get fixed but then onyx freaks out. Thinks keane doesn’t love him and thinks he doesn’t know that he is onyx. Then goes off on him. Wouldn’t even trust keane and believe in him and wouldn’t let him speak. It’s so sad….before yall go off on me yes I know onyx has suffered a lot too with how keane was at first and then the thing with his dad and then the mean comments at school. I get all that and it’s horrible but keane was always there for onyx and onyx just pushed him away and left. Kept hurting him. Didn’t trust or believe in him. Kinda heartbreaking for the both of them. 😭

Artiø Vollrath

Okay guys, now we go back to our room and let out YEARS of frustration and just be happy. Right? Right?!

Kelly klarkson

“How much you crush my heart with your complete lack of confidence in me 😭😭😭😭”

Kelly klarkson
>>156199589

I like that keane stopped playing the coddling sensitive lover and has moved onto “what the fuck bro!?” If it’s tough love onyx needs it’s what he needs. Sometimes people only get how much you care about them when you get mad. Getting mad is not going to be able to be misconstrued as sympathy anymore. Onyx might be unwilling at first to take it kindly but he’ll soon realize he screwed up. I think at least.

Anna Zahn

Yessss Keane!! Attaboy! Now hopefully you and Onyx can finally talk this out 😭😭😭

Kelly klarkson

Guys. Keane back in another episode where he asked “do you think someone can like 2 people at once?” Then took back the question, I almost feel as if he took it back because he thought in his head “there is no point in asking that because there is no way this isn’t onyx. I wouldn’t just feel this way if it wasn’t”.

littlebird

I’m so glad Onyx finally shared his feelings. Now it’s Keane’s turn to say he is in love with him 💕💕

Cheree🍒✨

Let's GOOOOOO NEW CHAP YEAH DAWG

Artemis mckee

NOT THE CLIFFHANGER, GOD DAMNIT PASTA. ALSO I FUCKING KNEW KANE KNEW THAT NOCT WAS ONYX

Nat
>>156199589

I so agree -- love Keane for just interrupting and being like dude. Shut the fuck up for a second and listen. Because this whole time I don't think Onyx has really been hearing what Keane is saying which is hard to do when you're so caught up in doubt, hurt, and pain. Keane just really has to break that illusion and getting angry might just be the thing

ivitti

OMGGGGG YAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSS im in love

Secret

AHHHH THE CLIFFHANGER ALWAYS HAS ME DEAD!!! THIS WAS SO GOOD😆

Love

It seems the episode cut off... where's rest 😭 Pasta reigns supreme in cliffhangers 😆

Jennifer

I mean, onyx should realize he gave up going to all the fancy colleges just to chase after him

arelimicheli

RIIIIIIIIIGGGGHHHHTTTT THOUGHT SO YHANK YOU!!!!!! now kiss <3

arelimicheli

also the cover for this chapter….. thank you pasta 🙏🏼

Denisse

Im squealing aaaaa

Ava

I literally called it! No way you don't recognise your best friend who you've literally almost slept with when he's wearing a hoodie and mask

lynz_fan

“You-“ ? Make me feel? Mean to me? What? WHAT?? Spit it out Keane for the love of all the tiny bits of my sanity left! And thank effing webtoon gods he knows it’s Onyx!

Tortiebelle

That cliffhanger was the most evil thing I’ve experienced 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 at least they are talking now… but the conversation isn’t even finished 😱😱

Shantell

How much you what? HOW MUCH YOU WHAAAT?!?!

Irasaki

Pasta are you in your villain arc bc these cliffhangers keep getting more and more diabolical 😭😭

PixelatedLove(｡♡‿♡｡)

Poor Onyx's crying face when keane takes his mask off 😢. Ahh, there's enough space at the end for one more panel....but when I scrolled down it was just blank. The cliffhanger there, it's heart breaking. Will for sure be waiting not so patiently for the rest of this next update 😁

JustJLeo

Thanks to these comments...I am not reading until the next episode comes out. I'll cry with you all next time! ✌🏿

Aria Eudaimond

finally 🙏🏾 the cliffhanger should be illegal tho 😭

jenny jenny jennifer

DESPITE the cliffhanger Keane knew it was him all along (OBVIOUSLY)!!!!! So it’ll be smooth sailing from here right ?? Right ?!!!??!?

Evelin Ramirez

kid you not i literally screamed “ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER?!?!”

Alex

FINALLY! I KNEW IT! I KNEW he knew it! He had to, how could he not? Also, this cliffhanger? 🫠

Pyt_ Sassy

I FUCKING KNEW ITTTTTT!!!!!! I knew that Onyx was gonna blow up on Keane and try to run away from the sneak peak but I’m glad I also knew and predicted that Keane knew it was him the moment he laid eyes on him I wish we got Keane POV from when he first saw “Noct” but like they better talk this shit out our I’m going feral

tor svein

It's actually crazy how good your writing is! Its like I can feel everything both of them are feeling. Have been fallowing this series from 2022 and seeing the art and writing change so dramatically is awe inspiring!

JoJo

THIS CLIFFHANGER SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. (Great work, Pasta)

David

NOOO A FREAKING CLIFFHANGER

artsy_amusing

I'm glad Keane recognized him, because he isn't THAT dense. On the other hand, I'm a little annoyed with Onyx having such little faith in Keane. It's almost like he used this chance to catfish him as a "test" which is complete and utter bullshit (I don't care, fight me on this). 🙄 Like, not only have the two of them been best friends forever, but Keane did come ALL this way, throwing away an Ivy League education to find Onyx, and he still didn't have enough trust in him that his feelings are real? Ok, so the app thing was probably a mind game, with him knowing it was Keane, but feeling like Keane was "falling" for someone else. However, the moment they met, I'm with Keane on this one - Did he not think he would know it was him? C'mon Onyx, cut Keane some slack here. I honestly think Onyx also has no confidence in himself, which also plays a part in his immediate responses to run. It's not just him doubting Keane's feelings for him, but him deep down feeling like he doesn't deserve to be loved by Keane (part trauma and part shame I think). There is no other way to swing this. He's afraid he's not worthy, is probably still dealing with trauma caused by his shitty father, and also still feeling a bit of shame from being gay. So when someone like Keane, who he's been close with and in love with all his life, reciprocates his feelings, he probably feels like it's a joke or too good to be true. As a result, he chooses to run away, rather than face it head-on. I always said since last season that Onyx was a flighty little thing. Who better to ground him than his best friend and first love? Hopefully, they talk this out because they've been on this hamster wheel long enough...😫

Miaoouuu

I’m ngl if I was Onyx I would also crash out if Keane told me “let’s go to my room my roommate wouldn’t mind” 🤣🤣

Tsubasa
>>156215687

Right! Also! Maybe I'm forgetting things or making thing up, but, didn't Onyx told Keane he's with Kai?? And the lie is still up? Am I lost already? XD Also also, like Keane wouldn't recognise him with the kiss

artsy_amusing
>>156215687

That's right...Onyx lied and said he's with Kai to push Keane away, and although Keane is doubtful it's the truth, Onyx has still never come clean or cleared it up. This is why I don't get why be mad, when you purposely threw false hurdles out there to push Keane away. It's always fine, until the person you're pushing away starts to show interest in "someone else." Like, it's not high school anymore, dude.

Kelly klarkson
>>156215687

He did and Keane, while telling onyx he knows he’s lying, still probably 8% believe it could be true. He knows onyx well but he’s still a little insecure. Who wouldn’t be when the person u like keeps avoiding you and keeps pushing you away. I think it’s cruel that onyx catfished him, but just like how keane partially believed that onyx was lying about Kai but partially wasn’t sure, I think keane also knew he was onyx but wasnt 100% sure until seeing him. This is the reason why keane would ignore onyx to talk to him little pen pal. Because he mostly knew that he wasn’t ignoring onyx because he was talking to onyx.

Kelly klarkson
>>156214905

I look forward to keane REAMING onyx about his poor treatment of him and hypocrisy. Then they going to pound town to make up

蓝 Ellie
>>156215687

Yeah, I thought Keane was pretending he didn’t know it was Onyx so Onyx didn’t have to acknowledge he was cheating on Kai. Like not great but fr Keane doesn’t give a shit about Kai

parakiadute

FINALLY. ONYX STFU AND LET HIM SPEAK

parakiadute
>>156208231

I Hope he says "...how much you broke, shattered, destroyed my poor bisexual teenager heart into a billion pieces and then kept beating on them to slay the pieces top" because that's how I would feel if I was Keane

Jasmyn

FINALLY 🖤🖤🖤

Kasey

ONYX FINALLY LET HIM SPEAKKK

parakiadute
>>156197378

Yeah Keane grew up so much while they were apart and he doesn't recognize that

isabella

keane, thank you. like my guy has been chasing onyx for months and THIS is the thanks he gets? onyx ily but please give keane a chance. cannot wait for the next ep though bc more heated communication 🍿

parakiadute
>>156197226

LMFAOOOOOOOO Onyx be like: ok now with this fancy mask hiding my face nobody in the whole damn Gotham city will understand that the recently came back home billionaire mr Wayne is also the recently appeared "Batman" super hero dude with a literal billion dollar worth in vehicles and weapons

karmyn 🩷

I knew Keane knew it was onyx, probably from very early on 😭 THIS IS AN ILLEGAL CLIFFHANGER BTW ‼️

Kelly klarkson
>>156218617

It’s been all onyx’s internal dialogue running everything so far. So finallyyy Keane gets to clear things up

Mae Evans

Why must you torture us with the cliffhanger😭

SpaceyParker

I CALLED IT KEANE KNEW IT WAS ONXY AND AHHH THE CLIFFHANGER

parakiadute
>>156218617

Yeah my boy needs to let it all out, he just has been misunderstood all the time and needs to make himself clear because atm it feels like he sacrificed a lot for nothing and I just want the two of them to be happy together

Kiri
>>156202134

Ugh I know!!! And like I hate it but I also get it. Onyx has been hurt badly and it hurts ME so much that he doesn’t believe Kane could love him like that!!!!

Kiri

Okay I already commented but so what. Onyx has been so hurt in the past by literally everyone around him he has like no confidence in himself or others and that hurts me so much I love Onyx!!!! I really want Keane to express how he has been hurt by Onyx’s actions too. This has been such a needed confession though and I’m so happy he finally said everything. I really hope Keane can make Onyx believe him. I really feel like Onyx is convinced no one can actually love him. I feel like Onyx is mostly terrified of being hurt again since it basically destroyed him last time. I want him to trust Keane again!!!!!!!

Jaxmineloxedo

OMG HE KNEW THIS WHOLE TIME!!! As a wise person once said, “I was shocked and in awe at what was in front of me” (loved the episode btw❤️ thank you for your hard work)

ultra neko

I need this series in a physical copy 😩

Claire

AHHHH Keane knew!!!! I can't believe Onyx finallyyyy said all of his feelings now it's Keane's turn what a great chapter ❤️ cant wait for the next

shawnorrific

My heart STOPPED when Onyx finally admitted he's in love with Keane! *SOB SOB SOB*

Izzy

CAN THEY GO GET MARRIED ALREADY PLS

Ally Lee

nikkita

NOOOOOOO I’m was hookedddd 😭 I was READY for that reunion

slaysweetie

SO THIS WHOLE TIME HE KNEW!? OMFG😭😭

Keiji Akaashi

Oh dear.. That was wild.. 😳🤯 But maybe now its getting better?

izzie

if onyx stormed away to spiral alone without listening to what keane was trying to say ☝🏻🤓 i would have lost my shit

Mich

FUCKING FINALLY! LETS COMMUNICATE YALL 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

hicosee

Onyx talks to fucking much - LET KEANE SPEAK!

Claire

Communication arc plz🥹

Brittany
>>156203539

Hopefully 🤞🏾 fingers fricking crossed. If anyone could mess this up its the miscommunication kings here 😭

kaykay

lmao i love how keane always prevents us from getting a miscommunication arc. he's so nice to us readers 🥰

M

Omg why couldn’t we have this resolved in one episode it’s been dragged out so long 😭

Sarz

this was SO satisfying

Ele_Smiles

I hope Keane says something like, “do you even have the slightest idea how much you hurt me when you ran away”.. or “how much I missed you when you were gone”…or best would be “how much I love you too!” Can wait for next week ❤️

Freddie Hughes

Raising a glass to the fact that Keane isn’t dense. 😅 Thank you, Pasta.

Xena

Did X-mas arrive early?! Onyx FINALLY SAID HIS FEELINGS. Also very happy Keane knew it was Onyx. Ahh can not wait for next week literally

Marisa Bens

I’m committing arson in the comment section and adding gas to the fire for every second you DENY ME THE RESPONSE FROM KEANE YOU MONSTER 😂😂😂😂😂🧡🧡🧡 why you do this?!?!

Skyler

Thank fucking god

Izzy

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Its happening !!!

Nina Rose

😭😭😭 it went by too fast

Mallory Grant

I feel like a proud parent right now 😭💜

JavyFreak

Ok i went from “o my god no, how can he be so stupid and not notice” to “yeah! Tell him! How could he not notice, what you think he’s stupid or something???”

Fwuff

*do you even have the slightest idea how much you....* MEAN TO ME ??? Lets go pasta

PeaEssGee

So good!! Only the other day I was on less than ep 20 🤣 look at me now

Kelly klarkson
>>156255244

Damn… you might be right… I was hoping it would be more scolding but that sounds more natural lol.

Kelly klarkson
>>156234384

Communication arc would hit sooooooo hard. Keane letting onyx know how painful it’s been. Letting him know how his lies hurt and how he needed someone to talk to. Letting him know why he really hesitated that day and how he just went for the absolute worst assumption when it wasn’t at all that. How he does seem to think Keane is a good person at all after all this time! And onyx could get on Keane for being so carefree and not realizing how bad things could’ve gotten 😭. For not realizing what onyx needed (which is reasonable since they are both super young but with the damage onyx has I can see why he’d go crazy). My dad almost killed me is WILD. Maybe they even talk about how there is resentment forstarting the lynx thing too and Keane let’s onyx know that he only came up with that character because he wanted to be with onyx.

Magdalena

GIRLL YOU CANT LEAVE ME ON THAT CLIFFHANGER

Magdalena

I KNEW KEANE WOULD KNOW THAT WAS ONYX I WAS LIKE THEYVE BEEN FRIENDS THEIR WHOLE LIVES CMON

Alexandra Purdy

I 100% think Keane has known Noct was Onyx most of the time they've been chatting. I was rereading and there was a moment early on Keane was suspicious and then he started the whole texting Noct goodnight and then telling Onyx goodnight. Keane isn't as dumb or as unobservant as Onyx thinks he is. I can also see Keane not telling Onyx he knows he's Noct because he's trying to respect Onyx and waiting for him to come forward. I can see Keane thinking Onyx was okay to meet him at the anon-chat as a sign to move forward with his feelings.

Britney van der Wal

YAASSS Keane knew from the start. Our dense boy isn’t so dense after all ☺️ But also that ending 💀

Manda
>>156278536

These cliffhangers are getting honestly annoying, it just cheapens what could be an actually climactic scene

Diana_3757

Omg I just need Onyx to stop talking so Keane can pour his heart out please!😫

julie lefebvre

It was a bit clumsy for Keane to say that his roommate wouldn’t be a problem, of course Onyx was going ton misunderstand 😥 Also great work Pasta ❣

Ruth L.

I KNEW THERE WAS NO WAY HE DIDN'T KNOW YES KEANE

TWil

Soooo unfair to stop the ep in the middle of the convo! Cliffhangers!!!!! 😭 Excellent ep

Chrissy Brunecz

I had a feeling Keane knew it was Onyx he was chatting with - he was just letting Onyx take his time admitting it because the last time they got serious, Onyx ran away and ghosted him. They're both just trying to protect their hearts, but so many of these issues would be resolved if they not only talked about their feelings but LISTENED to each other's feelings. I hope it works out for them 🩵

bb4me
>>156314136

All they hace to do is COMMUNICATE. not run kr doubt but genuinely talk

Crew

:0

rooo

COMMUNICATION YUSSS

Blackwolf

"How much you.." *chokes up bc Onyx is crying* pulls him in close and whispers * "I love you Onyx.... I love you...." still holding him tight leans back kisses his forehead wiping his tears says again clearly looking into Onyx's eyes* "I love you!

Dewsler

How much you mean to me, how much you hurt me when you left, how much you made me worry about you, etc. Those are my guesses 👀 Anyway, I'm glad Keane really did know. I had a feeling he did but you had me worried there pasta! After reading this season back, im thinking he has known for a while and was waiting for onyx to come clean in his own time. Either way its progress and im so glad the masks are coming off!
