Mmmh I honestly don’t wanna see them going at it « one more time »…. Not with those kind of conditions cause I feel too bad for Axel. Someone said he’s as empty as his bank account and not only it’s accurate but it’s also the reason why I can’t bring myself to really enjoy their deal. I wish he wouldn’t force himself to do it for the money, even if he supposedly secretly likes it (which is not even canon for now). I’d love to see them discover their sexualities together but I wish Axel wasn’t so miserable while doing so. And Kai is simply stupid and slow.

Everyone talking about Ethan but he’s irrelevant in this situation. Seeing Kai’s background, we know he was brought up not to care for people, but he does care for Onyx and Axel in his own way. He may be an ass, but he has shown by the small things that he cares for Axel. I feel like the key for them will be unraveling each other’s past so they can fully understand each other. At least that’s my opinion.

This is how I sum up these two in my head: ⚠️WARNING it’s long ⚠️😬 I love their storyline, uuhhh my ❤️😮‍💨 Axel and Kai are two souls trapped in the same caves darkness, always brushing past one another searching of a way out. Axel stumbles often, drawn toward the faint cracks of light, little glimmers on the cave walls that looked like freedom but led only to more shadows. Kai was one of those lights. Bright enough to dazzle, yet dangerous enough to blind. (Based on their first encounter with each other) . Tired of illusions, Axel carries on, deciding it’s safer to climb with his eyes closed, to trust only the certainty of sunlight he’ll might feel one day. Axel shall survive. Kai’s struggle is different. He never asked to be in that cave…he was pushed in, forced to figure out his own way. (Based on how he’s taught to live by his family). He learned to depend only on himself, yet his instinct still pulls him toward helping others. The trouble is, he doesn’t know how to offer help without disguising it, testing or without deceiving first. It’s the only way he knows how to connect: “let me blind you before I try to guide you.” [This is what it feels like to me] After crossing paths with Axel so many times, Kai feels something shift. He wants to help, maybe even save, but his way of reaching out is the very thing that drives Axel further away. And so the only way he knows to call Axel’s attention is the same way he always has by blinding him first. If you got this far thanks for reading, hope it all made sense 🙏🫣
