AHHHHHHH OKAY, this is actually THE CUTEST scene with Axel and Kai interacting so far. But I love how Onyx is so emotionally smart, understanding that Axel is going through so much right now. I do hope they talk to Hailey and clear things up. I can’t waitttt for the next chapterrrrr

This episode was great I just hope maybe Hailey gets a phone call with a some what apology cause they dropped hard news on her in that moment and on top of that she would have to acknowledge that they were lying to her for nearly a year I think and thats kinda cruel. Hailey wasnt just a side character, she had feelings for keane and when she knew he had feelings for "lynx" she did back off out of respect but they didn't come clean then, they held the lie. Ethan could have helped them tell the truth but they didnt take that opportunity. Outside of a sorry for lieing to you all this time keane asking "do you have a problem with it?" Was also a bit uncalled for cause like shes just there, hes directing his anger from axel at her and thats cruel to. Im already looking forward to the next 4 chapters at this point haha

My theory is that Axel was in love with Onyx, and figuring out that Lynx was Onyx showed himself that he likes guys not girls. He’s struggling coming to terms with that because he possibly had something traumatic happen to him in childhood where he doesn’t even want to be touched by a guy. But he still craves it, and wants to be comforted at that moment. Hence why he’s willing to be paid to be touched by Kai. He gets the comfort from a man’s touch that he craves, but only if he’s receiving the monetary compensation as a way to subconsciously bypass the idea that he wants it in any way.

I liked this chapter. Worth the wait. On another note I wonder if the author ever gets tired like me looking at the same thing over and over to check for any mistakes. Like we get to read this when she’s already done all that work and relax but her reading might be exhausting almost? Sometimes I write fanfics and it does get tiring rereading it for errors but it is still exciting reading it the first couple times I won’t lie.. even if you’re the one who wrote it in the first place

Not to pedantic, but I noticed an inconsistency in the background details of the bathroom scene. The first panel shows onyx’s jacket on top of the toilet lid, but in the following panel where he takes off his wig the toilet lid is up. It’s not a super big deal, and didn’t affect my overall enjoyment of the comic, but I figured I’d mention it just in case you find it helpful pasta! :)

I also love that Kai and axels dynamic is changing in to more playful banter rather than actual hate and distrust, and that axel is getting a bit of leverage with being able to barter how much pay he gets from kai

No one gonna talk about why axel has that braclet in his bag all these months later? The one Onyx lost... I still think his one friend vanishing and him having this no touch thing is fishy. makes me wonder if Axel was the cause of the all the stuff that went down, or perhaps, another victim of it. Keane has always disliked him for some reason and here again its on show. Axel was literally at work and just asked a question, right or wrong way to do it.

I love how far our boys went. I really hope this is not the last we see of Hailey though... Missed her and the poor girl got quite a shock.
