Aww seeing the back story of why Kia said he wished the world didnt see kindness as weakness is so sad. I love the way his character is developing and we are getting more glimpses of why he is the way he is... doesnt excuse his treatment of Axel but at least we know why

Oh god we're gonna see Kai's dad rip the cats head off with his bare hands or something like that aren't we? I'm not ready for the trauma 😭 And I hope Raven doesn't see it, I hope at least one of them is spared from their cretin father 😢 Lil Kai is such a soft, sweet kid. It's so nice seeing that softness slipping into his relationship with Axel. All his soft smiles have melted my heart 🥹

I know nobody really wants the cat to be hurt, but sometimes, traumatic things are going to happen to shape a character. Especially if it shows a good reason Kai feels the way he does about his father. I mean, tragic as it is, these big events lead to development.
