Just like I thought...Axel has a hidden talent as a drummer!! New guy is cute, but what real musician freezes up at a chance to improvise (I'm a musician)?? That's the best time to show off your skills. No sheet music restraining you - just pure vibe. Yeah, no, get this guy gone and audition Axel, lol. 😂 He immediately starts tapping to the music, already hearing the beats in his head, like a true percussionist. Drums are not my instrument, but I know music, and when you got it, you got it. When you don't, you don't. This new guy is a Hard chop. 🔪 Now Axel and Kai have something in common to connect further over, how cute. 🥰 There's nothing like connecting over music. ❤️❤️

Really hoping to see IF Axel does end up being pulled into their band. Maybe Kai straight up paying Axels debt to be their drummer for upcoming gigs with the looming deadlines? Also looking forward to the possibility that Axel will finally get more interaction with Onyx and Keane!!!! There's SOOO much plot potential with Axel being in the band. 1, Axel and kais relationship has a chance to grow, healthily even! 2, all the tension and the resentment/hostility between Axel, Keane, and Onyx has a chance to be resolved with all 3 being exposed to each other more often. low-key i fucking want Axel to be proven innocent so bad. like yes, he did take the picture, but I want so bad for the person who posted it online and outed Onyx/Keane to have been someone else like Axel's friend at the time. Whom has mysteriously vanished without an explanation to my knowledge? I wonder if Axel had a falling out with that guy BECAUSE he used the picture Axel took! Possibly without Axel knowing, just to expose Keane/Onyx as a gay couple. Making it downright impossible for Axel to try and say he didn't do it and defend himself. This might also tie into Axels mental health issues present day. Like with how we have seen glimpses of Axel hating on himself, showing VERY little trust in others, and with how Axel did say to Kai he wished the world was "fair." Because of course the world would feel so unfair to Axel. Not only crap with Axels dad, but for a friend to paint you as the guy who outed the gay couple at school, with poor Onyx getting assaulted by his dad as a result and disappearing thanks to that picture. Axel must've been blaming himself for YEARS all alone, in silence, for even creating that cursed picture. Because Axel knows it caused so much harm to Onyx. It explains so much about Axels character too. And I'm so eager to see if this theory is true about Axel's innocence! But- he still did do the wrong thing and take that picture of them... Forgotten why now tho. But I don't know if Axel was intending to ever publicly share a picture like that to literally everyone. For real, I mostly enjoy just analysing the characters like this more than anything haha. The gay stuff is all so cute, but with how deep and complicated and real the characters all are? Their unique dynamics? I don't feel like you see such well written and super interesting characters in comics. ESPECIALLY gay comics. Pasta, boy girlfriend is beautiful!!! Thank you so much for sharing! Loving every damn episode! 😘

Okay, I got some (constructive) thoughts (and y'all gonna hate me for it). But here goes nothing: I don't like Axel being the new drummer. Not because I despise it (lol, Kai and him on stage, sharing intimate stares and maybe a kiss; my heart melts) but from a narrative point of view it feels like plot conveniece. Yeah, even the three blind mice from Shrek saw it coming, but I think that solution to the band problem is a little lackluster. Imo, I would have loved if they get into a serious relationship without a convenient hobby which ties them together. Like through heartfelt communication, traumabondig, whatever. Like when the silence in the room becomes unbearable and they are forced to speak to each other cause neither can't take it anymore. But Axel being the drummer in shining armour, nah, I don't feel it. I get the setup and the reasoning behind it (they spend time together, connect, yada-yada-yada). I only would have loved a different approach. Hate comments in 3...2...1.... PS: Love the song, it's really cute and I swear on my hidden stash of dried strawberries, that it's about Axel <3

I think axel will be their drummer but Keane would definitely protest and be like “I don’t want you any more nearer to onyx”. Keane does NOT like axel one bit so I think he’s going to argue and say somthing that will affect axel because it will be like personal or something (I wrote sm)
