Not the breaking the forth wall lol (I love when webcomics or just things in general do that makes me giggle) I missed my boys I love Kai and axel but we haven’t seen onyx and Keane in a while I’m not surprised that onyx isn’t doing okay I mean I think anyone would have trauma from they’re homophobic dad smashing a bottle over you’re head (I think that happened it was a while ago I might be wrong I don’t come at me if I just completely made up things someone actually confirm with me if I was right and my memory isn’t too cooked lol) poor onyx

Guessing time? While onyx and keane ARE happy with eachother, I think there is a part of Onyx who is ashamed of his trauma and feels like he is not a good match with Keane. It leads to him not being very honest about what he’s struggling with. He says he will communicate and then he doesn’t, makes promises to not run away and then does. It has been a pattern of his. It stands to reason that onyx has never stopped struggling from the trauma of what his father did to him. He could have killed him. But when Onyx sees Keane so happy and in love and knowing his family loves him and accepts him, it’s hard to feel like he will be able to understand or handle what onyx is experiencing (in onyx’s mind). Onyx will eventually pick up on what Axel is going through. He may catch him in the middle of a meltdown. Maybe they’ll support one another. It’s honestly not crazy to me. I don’t want Axel to confess past feelings to onyx. I feel like that wouldn’t be conducive to a good relationship now. He was a child then anyways. And onyx may have been his gay awakening more than a deep love. Anyways right now Axel is just going to get shaken down for information about Kai.

I miss Kai and Axel, but I think they need a cooling down period anyways. And I'm really worried about Onyx; he internalizes so much. And Keane can be pretty myopic sometimes, but I think even he can tell there's something wrong and is trying to cheer Onyx up in his own way. I wonder what his mom could be calling about? My guess is that it has something to do with Onyx's dad's health
