Even if Hailey thought that Keane had read the messages and didn't reply... I think it's still weird that she would just delete them and say "Nevermind" instead of having a conversation with him. He could have easily been shy or nervous about responding.

Okay, so I know this is, like a million years late, but to be honest, I haven't been feeling the best mentally. I read it the day it posted, and loved it, but I haven't had much interest in anything lately. But I'm finally ready to give commenting a shot, so let's see what novel length you get today. 😜 Gah! I love their eyes soooo much! And I'm not even at the beautiful eyes panel yet. 😜 Keane's blue and Onyx's red always captivates me. I usually linger on them for a moment before continuing on, lol. 😂 Poor Keane's obviously feeling down after looking at his phone, and Onyx is there to listen, even though he obviously doesn't want to hear about Hailey, if that hesitation is anything to go by. Because Onyx is simply the best. 💜 Omg, Onyx's face when Keane said Hailey deleted three of her messages is hilarious. I love it! 😂 Aww, poor Keane stressing over a little misunderstanding about a girl he's not destined to be with. And complaining (not the tight word, but I can't think of the right word so this'll have to do) to the guy he IS destined to be with. It'll be okay, Keane. 🫂 🤗 And then it's Onyx's turn to stress over the same thing, but for a different reason. 😂 Onyx, sweets, this is why we don't snoop other people's messages. You should have at least told Keane he had messages that night, but I understand why you didn't. My poor Onyx. 🫂 🤗 YESSSS!!! The Eyes panel!!! Those gorgeous eyes! ....And now for some reason, Jeepers Creepers popped into my head. "Jeepers creepers, where'd ya get those peepers? Jeepers creepers, where'd ya get those eyes?" 😂🤣😂 Noooo! Why'd you have to interrupt the confession! Granted, it's not the confession we all want, but still! He was going to admit to his wrongdoing like a good boy. 😲 "We come in peace" Is Evelyn trying to call herself, Hailey, and the guy (sorry guy, but I forgot your name 😅) aliens?👽 😂 Keane: I'll try to buy us some time so you can hide. Evelyn: Nope! I veto that idea! *Climbs over the fence of a SCHOOL* Keane: Shit, no time! They're infiltrating! Plan B! Quick! If you stay low, you can reach the other side and hide behind the bleachers! This whole scene had me cracking up so much. 😂🤣😂 I really needed this comedic relief to soothe some of my rough emotions. 😅
