Hey guys! ā¤ļøThis episode feels rather shorter than usual, because I didnā€™t want to cut the next scene in half, forgive me šŸ„¹šŸ¤£ (the next scene isā€¦ nice šŸ˜)

Also, since some of you guys brought it up in the last sneak peek I posted, I wanted to address the issue of Hailey and Keaneā€™s ā€œrelationshipā€œ šŸ˜ŒšŸ¤”

The gap between their age is actually very very small (2 years)(and Keane is almost of age anyways) so there are technically no issues with them being together neither morally nor legally. The only issue is that it cockblocks de gayā€¦ šŸ˜€šŸ¤£

Okayā€¦ First things first Iā€™m really excited to see Onyx exploring with Ethan. Iā€™ve said it before, as long as Ethan knows there wonā€™t be feelings reciprocated and doesnā€™t get hurt I think itā€™s great for both of them! Theyā€™re both young and still figuring things out, might as well have some fun while theyā€™re at it. Itā€™s also great for Onyx to build up some more confidence with his sexuality whatever it is if he decides to l o abel it. Now onto Hailey and Keaneā€¦where to even startā€¦. Hailey honey, you need to slow down. I know sheā€™s older than Keane but at this point no matter what even if the whole Onyx/Lynx thing wasnā€™t going on she just seems to be pushing her feelings on to Keane a little too hard imo. Slow down there a little bit girly especially when there seems to be some hesitation from his side. Keane, honey, my sweet sweet dumbyā€¦you need to take space and collect your thoughts. Pls donā€™t agree to make things official with Hailey when you are having thoughts about someone else AND literally trying to recreate what happened between yourself and another person with Hailey. Thatā€™s no way to start any relationship official or not. That will just end up putting both of you in an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I saw someone mention about being worried Keane only likes Onyx when heā€™s Lynx and Iā€™ve been worried about that too. But, when you think about it the most intense make-out they had was when Onyx was dressed as Lynx. All the others were ā€œplannedā€ and the first actual move was made by Keane. I think thatā€™s why heā€™s trying to recreate the one that onyx/Lynx initiated because it was so intense not necessarily because he was dressed as Lynxā€¦I hope at least. Both onyx and keane are trying to do their own thing ( LOVE IT ) and onyx is at this point where he is in denial about how he feels so he wont say it out loud but the thought of kissing keane and their past experience does something to him . I get whatā€™s going on, unlike Onyx, Keane is dumb so not until the very last minute before crossing the line with Hailey would he realize he actually loves Onyx. So now I understand why he had to go so far with Healey before the story turned to Onyx. Even Hailey already realized he likes Lynx. šŸ˜

I lost it when she asked can we make it official? Like your going to ask after telling him he can take your shirt off? Not before? Seems a little twisted if ur asking in the middle of things and initiating. Especially when after one freaking kiss she reaches immediately down to see if heā€™s hard for her. Like actually let the passion start before assuming it should move straight to more. I think the wig doesnā€™t matter they practiced either way but that last one was spiccy, so it could definitely confuse him a bit.

First and foremostā€¦thank you so much author for keeping us on our toes week in, week out! The plot is continuously really interesting/exciting and your cliffhangers are epic (if not a little traumatic)!šŸ˜… Also, the way in which your drawing skills have developed. Wow! The artwork is phenomenalā€¦right down to all of the little details and I personally really love the colour pallette! My favourite detail this week was the scene transition from Ethan and Onyx kissing to Keane and Hailey kissing. It was like a mirror image and impactful because it made me feel..if only they were kissing the right people (Iā€™m bias for Keane x Onyx so I would think this)! It was also good to get an insight into Keaneā€™s thoughts though and his comparison of Hailey to Onyx/Lynx. I love how you keep the characterā€™s and their feelings and actions very real and human. So many people would react in a similar way in this situation. Keane has clearly just had the straddle/kiss/bite of his life with Onyx/Lynx and heā€™s also starting to feel thingsā€¦so itā€™s inevitable that he would compare. I actually really like Keane. Our slightly dumb and confused but still sweet boy! I also think that all those wanting him to experience angst are probably going to get it in bucket loads very soon! I canā€™t stop feeling like Onyx fell first but perhaps Keane is on his way to falling harderā€¦ šŸ˜ I agree with May above that Hailey is coming on too hard. Like maybe calm down a bit girrrl! āœ‹šŸ» I donā€™t fully blame her as she clearly really likes Keane but I wish she would read the very obvious mood and put her foot on the brakes a little. I also feel that the Keane liking Lynx rather than Onyx issue may crop up at some point and might even be a slight stumbling block. BUT I think Keane is ultimately very into Onyx (and Lynx is merely the route to discovering his true feelings). That being said Iā€™d love to see them both embracing the very obvious kink Keane has for Onyx in a dress and also the potential praise kink Onyx has about dressing like that for Keane! šŸ”„ Ok, I will stop now before I donā€™t! Haha!

a lot of people are saying that Hailey is expecting too much from Keane but you have to remember that at the beginning, it was the other way around. so yeah it might be confusing to her as to why Keane isn't giving the same effort/ feelings as before as when he was chasing after her. but despite all of this, im thinking that Keane is probably going to say yes to becoming official - i mean it makes sense for that to be the next step for them but i do see that he is slowly realizing that it's onyx that turns him on... not hailey.

I truly appreciate the way youā€™re able to build multiple emotions flowing at the same time through perspective/inner-dialogue telling! Seeing Keane truly want to connect with Hailey, making a real and honest effort to be in the moment with her is very sweet and nerve-racking at the same time. I can *feel* his nerves to be ā€˜good enoughā€™ for her, to meet expectations, while genuinely caring. Then thereā€™s the flashbacks, the comparisons to that oh-so-intense kiss with Onyx/Lynx. All of this just after they had a very awkward and (to Keane) revealing conversation that just maybe ā€˜Lynx might like him.ā€™ These short snippets are actually more *hot* and *moving* than even the supposed to be spicy previews with Hailey. Itā€™s fascinating to see everything with Hailey to feel off, or dull. We might know why (author/audience privilege), but that you were able to keep the character emotions so well intact and convey this confused, steamy, frustrated mess, was a delight to read! šŸ’š

Ngl, if an almost 18-year-old boy needed extra help to get there while he was with 19-year-old girl me, Iā€™d be humiliated enough to sink into the floor. I love how onyx is now experimenting. But this whole thing makes me wonder if Lynx will be permanent, which if that happens, that's frickin awesome. On the keane/Hailey side, that's gonna be Hella awkward if he says no, but it'll be even more awkward if he doesn't but figures it out fully in the future... honestly she has all the signs, just needs to figure them out lol.
