Lately there’s been a certain conflict. You all know what I’m talking about. And I wanna see where we stand right now.. 😏

To me I think Ethan and onyx should just stay as friends. Not like boyfriends to each other. Not there is a problem with Ethan though. I just like them as friends that’s all.

I feel like Onyx/Ethan is healthier because Keane keeps putting Onyx into the “girls” role by making him dress up and thinking about Onyx in a bra… I think that if Keane looked at Onyx as the male that he is I would be happier with the Onyx/Keane ship.

Keane should see what he is going to miss, if Onyx will date someone else. And see him as a guy, not a girl. 😌 I hope Onyx won't play with Ethan's feelings, he should make it clear if he doesn't have feelings enough. What ever happens, I hope everyone would be happy in the end!

They're going through a hard time thou. Discovering each other feelings and so. It'd be interesting if keane got jealous of Onix x Ethan like an actual couple. But that can be wrong as well cuz Onix shouldn't play with Ethan's feelings. IDK bro just let them be gay haha I just hope that whatever they go trhought Onix and Keane end up together and happy. So Onyx straight up told Eathen I'm in love with another guy but can you distract me from my pain. And Eathen agreed so right from the start there relationship is not a Healthy one. Eathen shouldn't sell himself short even if he likes Onyx. I feel bad for Onyx case he doesn't know what to do and the one person ( Kean) that he normally talks to he can't. Kean needs to catch on quick about his feelings. They are still my ship but if you keep hurting Onyx even if it is not intentional we got a problem.

Of course, Onyx, and Keane, let's be honest even though the process they are taking is not the best, it's obvious this is new for both of them we cannot expect two young guys, to be aware of their true feelings just like that, so these are common errors and life experience people go through. So I won't ship Onyx with Ethan just because of how they have been behaving XD

I voted Onyx x Keane—best friends to lovers is my absolute favorite romance trope and is what made me love this story in the first place. BUT I will say that I’d love to see more about why Onyx and Keane are besties. The story starts when Keane is basically pressuring Onyx into doing stuff he really doesn’t want to do (and is very clear about communicating that he doesn’t want to do) and then Keane just keeps doing the same. It’s not a very good-friend dynamic, but this is a really small time window into a nearly lifelong relationship, so I know there has to be more to them than that, especially since Onyx cares enough to do what he wants even before the kissing starts. Like, I loved when Onyx was having his gay-awakening breakdown while Keane was sleeping over because Keane was super careful and gentle with him then. I guess I’m just hoping we get the chance to see him be a good friend more often as their romance develops too.

I think it's good for onyx to explore his sexuality a bit with someone beyond Keane but Onyx X Keane is cute and the cross-dressing elements of their relationship drew me to this story

It’s conflicting. I like how their respective relationships with Hailey and Ethan are helping our main boys learn more about themselves, their feelings, etc. I wouldn’t be against Onyx + Ethan dating for a bit (though Ethan just seems like a distraction and I’d be SO SAD to see him get hurt too badly..) But I also know that Onyx x Keane is the biggest reason I’m down bad, so I can’t deny my ship 🥲

Honestly, rn I have a slight preference for Onyx x Ethan. I’m pretty sure though that it has more to do with my preference for masculine Onyx versus feminine Lynx. My guess is that I’ll be routing more for Onyx x Keane once there are more scenes with them where Onyx presents more masculine.

I’m fine as long as no one gets hurt, I hate it when people use others and just throw them to the side. Which is of what feels like is happening with Keane and Hailey, it makes me dislike the Keane a little bit honestly. I don’t want the same thing to happen with Ethan

In specific terms at the moment I have some Ethan cheering going. Second male leads (or third since it's BL) deserve justice. I love KxO still as I know Onyx using Ethan isn't a healthy start. Plus I want the communication and everything so KxO can have a real chance. They have a deeper connection, but I hope the Author doesn't leave Ethan without his own growth and happiness, nor leave him as merely another second lead. I think Hailey needs some tlc too, since it wouldn't be right for her to only be used for plot.

Keane & Onyx have history and the tension is baked in the crust. I like Ethan and I’d love to see Onyx explore with him but…that tension and chemistry is already present that I just need to see where this goes first

I was all for Keane but the last episode was…idk. Like yeah, he thought of Onyx when he was with Hailey but, he only thought if him as Lynx and that made me take a step back because Onyx already doesn’t like dressing up as Lynx but that’s the only way Keane thought of him? While Ethan likes him for him and not as an alter ego if that makes sense. Anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️

and aside from my hatred of Ethan, Onyx and Keane share a cute and funny trope that exists in a lot of comics, manga, manhua, where playing with one of the character's gender expression in any way creates a weird ice breaker in their relationship that leads to them liking each other regardless of gender (a la Keane realizing he likes Lynx having a flat chest and short hair as opposed to what he's "supposed" to like, which is Hailey)

I know my vote is late, but I vote Ethan! I think Ethan liked Onyx/Lynx despite his/her gender and therefore likes him for him truly! He had a crush on lynx when he thought she was a girl, still liked Onyx/lynx when he thought they were trans or he was cross dressing, and likes Onyx as himself as a gay man... People keep getting caught up on Ethan thinking Onyx was trans and saying "he was surprised he was attacked to him while dressed as a girl", and say Ethan was being trans phobic, but I see him more as discovering he is Pan... That's not something one typically knows until they have experienced it... Being in highschool I doubt Ethan had realized this yet... To address the comments about Ethan not knowing Onyx, they had been hanging out in a group for months now. Iv developed crushes in mere days before as I'm sure many of you have... Additionally, by bringing Ethan in as pan it gives the story a more diverse LGBTQ base rather than just BL... Now for the cons against Kean, as stated earlier, I'm bothered that Mean is only into Onyx when dressed as Lynx. Especially since onyx doesn't like to dress as a girl... I feel like they need each other to figure out their sexuality but are better as friends. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I still really hope beyond hope that this doesn’t become a love triangle. 😭 Of course there are always readers who want that and who love it when a third party is introduced but it’s just not for me. I was and am really enjoying Keane and Onyx’s story. Additional characters are fine for plot purposes but it saddens when they become a genuine ship contender… 🤷🏻‍♀️ I love our two boys and would like to see them happy, without Ethan (or anybody else) being too involved. 💜
