Ok, it’s the morning/afternoon after and I’m back here rereading! 😅 Ngl, I originally went into this chapter hoping for a kiss (even just a small peck) but honestly…this update well exceeded my expectations and it continues to make me so happy! I actually love that they didn’t kiss…and that instead their interaction and body language speaks volumes! Keane’s vulnerability, Onyx’s concern and his want to make Keane better, Onyx’s offer of “wishes” and Keane just wanting them to be “normal” again. Also those touches…and Keane pulling Onyx’s hand to his face. 😭😭😭 SO beautiful, it gave me butterflies! 💜
