Season 1 will probably end on a bittersweet note where the dad finds out and Onyx either decides to lead his own path or tries to cut things off for the sake of his family, by choice or by force/coercion.

I am glad that the author touched on whether Onyx was gay or not. Onyx never shown an interest in anyone but Keane so saying that he prefers one sex over the other would have been wrong. The fact the Onyx keeps saying he doesn't like anyone then wanting Keane to chase him is wrong. He wants Keane to put himself out there and risk things but Onyx himself doesn't want to take the risk and letting Keane know he likes him. The word Homophobia gets used a lot. But all people do not have a deep seated fear of Homosexual people. Phobia is a deep fear: fear of spider or fear of heights. Some people may not like these actions but that does not mean they are afraid of them or the people who do them. Not liking something doesn't always mean fear. Someone may not like broccoli does that mean they have a broccoli phobia. Of course not. Ohh well.. that is just my opinion. It was a very good chapter. I really liking seeing them bond. I do like that Keane is quick to pick up on Onyx 's signals. Very nice.

Such a good episode! I'm melting & thrivin' off that "come here." It was so sweet of Keane being so supportive and letting Onyx know that it was okay not to have to put a label on his sexuality for now. (Though I agree with Rachel that Onyx seems demi and I'm loving it!) I have a feeling either Ethan, Axel, or the father is going to catch them. Axel would totally rat them out to the school. Ethan, eh, I dunno. And if Dad catches them, it's going to be so much drama. I hope it'll be a good ending for Season 1 but something tells that something ominous is going to happen for sure.

Im still traumatized by a manhwa I was reading and the season ended with a heartbreak. I could totally imagine that author sitting on her table, with a glass of wine in one hand and a sadistic smile while she was writing the last chapter of that season.... Dont do this to me, I dont have any money for therapy anymore. Have mercy on our souls. And this was a great chapter <3 Thank you!

i feel like if antoher season is coming itll be bad 😭 i mean, a new "villain" was just introduced and ik he's definitely gonna be an important character in s2, the whole thing w/ ethan isn't resolved, and he hasnt had "the talk" with keane, and just dating without communication is just asking for misunderstandings 😢

this was a great episode!! i think the season is gonna end bad in that axel or onyx’s dad just saw them and that onyx and keane’s relationship will end on good. guess we’ll see in a couple days!
