Keane may be coming pretty “rough” to Onyx but honesty? There is no “good” way. It’s gonna be pretty tough until they get at ease around each other (Hoping Kai is the good friend who wants good to Onyx and only thinks of his «interests »). Also, It’s crazy how Keane without his headband in this season make me feel the growth and ambition of this character. He used to play basket ball and even refused his scholarship for finding Onyx. And Onyx got taller and grew up on his own way too. His body got “thinner” and more “accentuated”/“masculine”. He also got new experiences on his side without Keane as his childhood best friend. We may not even see Nixy anymore. Just a new way to re-discover each other’s body in a more “mature“ perspective (yes, with a good background trauma to unpack). Onyx may be reacting this way to Keane’s touch because he was still thinking that he was “disgusted by his body”? This mysterious tattoo will definitely bring more attention to Onyx’s body from Keane and maybe some desire? But honestly the harder the hotter :) ( Omg don’t tell me the roommate will be Axel 😭😭😭 - bad feeling)

Okay my theory: I’m thinking because Pasta said this would be a fun season then there probably isn’t going to be TOO much unbearable angst — so my predictions are: a K for Keane over Onyx’s heart in memorial for all Keane was to him and has done for him (probably assuming he wouldn’t see him again in a while), and Kai is a close friend but they’re not dating because of Onyx’s hint of jealousy and the fact that he’s been looking at Keane’s lips multiple times

Okay, I’m glad Keane brought up wanting to kiss. It shows Onyx he isn’t just there for friendship (which Onyx last season would have totally just assumed Keane just wants to be friends). Not saying Keane wouldn’t settle for friendship… but the way he was staring at Onyx’s nipple and staying up close to his face when they fell on the floor together… that man is definitely thirsty. I at the very least need them to get in a good hug. Yes - they need to talk. But also Onyx needs to be willing to do so and we don’t know where he’s mentally at right now. Shaking but putting up a steady front. The fact he hasn’t asked at all why Keane is at his university now is… telling. To me it says he’s not willing to broach anything deep just yet.

Okay but the fact that Onyx was embarrassed about the tat and also was drunk when he got it leads me to believe pretty strongly that it’s K for Keane perhaps Onyx was missing Keane pretty badly one night and in a spur of a drunken moment got the tat. So it’ll probably be that theory “Keane thinks k for Kai but it’s k for Keane”

I don’t think that the “K” would be for Kai it wouldn’t make any sense for it to be Onyx has went through trauma. His dad bashed him over the head with a bottle for him to jump in a relationship four months after would it make any sense unless it was with Keane and I still think that they need to talk. He just disappeared after his best friend who also has feelings for him, didn’t want to sleep with him because of the said trauma that ultimately happened bc of Keane. If it wasn’t for Keane asking onyx to dress up like a girl. His dad would’ve never saw he would’ve never got hurt. I think he needs to understand it from his perspective not that he was rejecting him, but that he was going through his own trauma, his own emotions.
