There seems to be some confusion regarding what I do and what my commissions entail, so here is all the information!Firstly: I am a model porter, not a model extractor/ripper. That means that if you would like me to port something to Genesis 8/9, you must provide me with the files (mesh and textures) that you would like me to port to Daz.What I charge:For a model + 1 outfit: £45Outfit only: £20Model only: £25Complex model (For example, a figure that needs manual rigging/weight mapping, such as my Kar'niss/Raphael Demon form model): minimum price of £50, subject to change depending on complexityPayment will be via PayPal invoice only. Will your commission be posted to my Patreon? If your commission is a full video game character model such as the models posted to my page, it will be shared publicly to my subscribers (you may also request that the model be shared to all - both paid and unpaid subscribers). This is to prevent the same model being commissioned twice. And please note: I will not do your commission for free 'because it's Christmas'... I am still surprised I have been asked this by more than one person. If you have any questions, please comment them and I shall edit this post with appropriate answers if necessary!Thank you all for reading

Ah-ah-ah... Now it’s clear why Minthara turned out to be such a bad model... It doesn’t match the eyebrows and eye color in the game and there’s a mistake with the eyes... And even with Shadowheart where the model has a major problem with it hair, what are they in the set? And when is someone going to put it on their head? They don’t exist at all, that is, they don’t wear clothes...

zeppers

Not sure what you mean. Minthara and Shadowheart weren’t commissions and their models don’t have anything to do with this post. I apologise if you’re not content with my models, you’re free to unsubscribe whenever you please

After the useless comment made by a probably russian dude, don't worry about it and keep going. The models are great.

zeppers

I appreciate the kind words, thank you nammolo <3

So, if I wanted a preset custom character from BG3, what do I need to provide?

zeppers

You would need to provide me with the mesh and the usable textures so that I can port your character! By usable textures, some programs will use diffuses/red/blue/green images that are combined to make a texture - these are not usable. I must have a set, coloured texture such as the ones you can find in the 'runtime' folder of my models - hope this makes sense

Blender files work?

AnimalNikki89

Where would I find files to use for a commission?

zeppers

You can either look online (e.g 'BG3 Karlach model') and see if somebody else has extracted the model, you can extract the model yourself if you're able, or commission somebody to extract it for you! DeviantArt is a great place for finding extracted models. Hope this helps!

Hello Zepper, If you can would love to get you to do a commission for me. I know you probably have a lot, so when you have time. I'm looking on deviantart like you said for ripped models and have found a few. And would love to talk with you more about the models I would love to have done. Thank you again for all the amazing models you have already done and please keep up all the amazing work. <3

zeppers

Hi Daniel. I would be happy to port the models you've found for you! Please contact me via DM either here or on DeviantArt to discuss further! And thank you for the compliments, I'm pleased to hear you like my models!

Kind of new to this end of it - would FBX files (model format) and PNG (texture) work?

Thal Fox

I'm very keen to commission my tav x2 but although I can get the meshes easily enough, I'm having huge trouble trying to find the textures - do you know of anyone that does extraction/rip commissions for player chars? I'm not finding much out there.

zeppers

Hi there! I would recommend Tosyk on Patreon! He extracts BG3 models (and other games) as commissions, and will recreate the textures into a usable format

Thal Fox

Ah thank you so much! I shall be back with a commission in the not too distant future I hope :D

zeppers

DM's are always open! Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Hinayu

I read the comment about Tosyk being able to extract characters. So, let’s say I ask them to do that, and I get it. Would what they give me be enough to return to you and have you port it to GM9? I want to make sure I’ve got the steps down. I'm still relatively new to all of this and learning as I go.

DarkSakura

I was curious to learn how to do it myself. Do you have resources to share?

zeppers

Hi there, there are no definitive tutorials that cover every aspect of porting (that I know of). The majority of it I learned myself through trial and error

DarkSakura

I've found blessed little for the Dead by Daylight models. I have a Blender model of the new Mikaela outfit, but I can't seem to separate the outfit or even get a rigged model from Blender to DAZ. I'll keep trying! If you want the Blender file, I'll be happy to just give it to you with no expectations.

zeppers

Thank you for the offer! I can actually rip my own DBD files (Sable and Trickster were ripped and then ported to daz by myself) so I'm good on that front! DBD files often come as one mesh. To seperate them, go to edit mode, select the shirt (coat, dress, whatever it is you want to seperate), anf then press 'L'. This will highlight the entire mesh of clothing. Then press 'P', and choose to seperate the mesh :)

DarkSakura

Bless! Then I can export as object and create a DAZ outfit? That's awesome, thank you.

Hi there, I apologise for not seeing this message until now, Patreon did not notify me to it. Yes, FBX and PNG are perfectly okay!
