I'm getting a big grey box rather than her head when I open this one. Everything else works and looks amazing, but the hair /ears etc aren't loading. Is that something I've done, or is anyone else having the same issue? I can't wait to work with her 👀

The person who commissioned this model had no issue opening it, and neither did I. Please try to reinstall it/check it was installed correctly!

The TAVAG9 - People - zeppers folder is empty when I look through everything. I'll download again now but just a heads up that it may be an issue with that folder on the upload as it is empty on both downloads I've tried

I just redownloaded the very same link from this post, so it's the exact same file as you, and I still have no issues with the model and the 'people' folder isn't empty for me. I'd say the issue is maybe on your end of things?

Same here as well. Mine is a black box but I think the problem is the same: horns, hairs, eyes, mouth and ears are all black for me.

Thanks for letting me know, it definitely appears to have an issue. I’ll re package this model soon and post a new link

One question: is it possible to have only the head morph? Appreciated :)

Thanks. I didn't want to say anything but I redownloaded about four times and I've not had that issue with any of your other models saved in the same paths so I had no idea, but I'm not experienced enough to see what the issue could be and assumed it was an Id10T error my side.
