WuWa Costume Contest [WIP 1] (Patreon)

First WIP for Wuthering Waves costume contest, heavily inspired from fashion of the French revolution, even though I heard that Rinascita was inspired by Italy, I had a hard time finding Italian costume styles.

She is Charlotta, character who relase in Rinascita region, the front and top are intentionally open for fanservice showing her beautiful legs and shoulders hehe
