Choice 1: Rowan says you keep making excuses

Saying "You're out of line" is worth 2 Fearless points.

Choice 2: Benny says M cares about you

"S/he cares about me?" gains 3 Lover points. 

Choice 3: M says they feel bad for how they acted

Picking "I'm not upset at you" gets 1 Lover points, but "Don't be so hard on yourself" will gain 3. The other option gets nothing.
