Choice 1: M makes a mean comment about Ro

Getting right to the point and asking "Why can't you admit you're jealous?" gets 3 Fearless points.

Choice 2: M asks if you think they'd sabotage you

"I know you wouldn't" gains 3 Lover points.

Choice 3: Ro calls M suspicious

Picking "You don't know them" gets 3 Lover points.

Choice 4: Ro says you're not good at reading people

If you haven't noticed by now, you should choose to defend yourself and be direct against Ro's snide comments. "Maybe Mav/Mari was right about you" gains 3 Fearless points.
