Picking "I like the sound of that" gives 2 Lover points, the other option will lose 2.

Choice 3: M calls their dream silly

Saying "I don't think it's silly" gets 2 Lover points.

Choice 4: M says they were trying to be cute

"You're always cute" is worth 3 Lover points, and "I like messing with you" only gains 1.
