Video Progress) As of righting this, Day Two (Tony Hawk RIDE) has been up for a couple of hours and already, the snowball effect of daily uploads is taking effect, even on a smaller scale. it's exciting knowing that will only continue throughout the week, especially with the games being showcased later down the line. The feedback has been awesome, MAJOR thanks to all the new patrons who signed up for Early Access for Tony Hawktober, along with those who've signed up just to sign up. Some of you have been here since last year's special, Jesus Christ. Love the lot of you! :D
Moving On...) Today I filmed a testing episode for the first time since June. Really happy with it, glad to do something different for a change and that will hopefully be up next week along with the full compilation of Episode 100 submissions afterwards. Game Testing is going to take over the channel through until the end of the year with more Game Room/Collection stuff and behind the scenes content. Spyro Reignited Review of course and maybe 1 or 2 more but don't expect it, I've said the previous weeks I'd like to take a break (despite the fact I really need to start work on the next major series review I'd like to start 2019 with). For all of you Patrons, I'd expect the podcast of the month to drop sometime next week as well. I'll be editing it over the weekend once the testing video is finished.
Also next week, I'll be attending PAX Australia in Melbourne for all 3 days. SUPER keen for that, it's gonna be awesome. No idea if I'm doing a vlog or anything. I'll most likely be filming stuff regardless, whether or not I've got enough interesting to show or talk about remains to be seen! But if you're going by chance, hit me up beforehand because I love meeting people and having a chat! :)
After PAX) I'm hoping to get some Behind the Scenes content ready so that I can have a week to myself after PAX to cool down with some Red Dead Redemption 2 ("cool down" because the horses balls shrink in cold weather apparently) and people won't know the difference otherwise. After that, I'd like to spend some time, maybe reconfigure my room a bit, do videos on that. Maybe a sequel to "What's Under My Bed?" from 2016??? I'm kidding of course, but I want to do more of that type of content again.
Closing Thoughts) Live Streams will hopefully be back next week briefly before I go away. I've still got plenty of games to re-capture. Recently played through Crash Team Racing, was a bit of a marathon but I got new capture of the entire game so that was fun. Hoping to play through Shadow of the Colossus finally before Red Dead 2 as well but I don't want that to be connected to streams or videos, just want to play it for myself. I've got a lot I want and need to get through by the end of this year so not focusing on reviews as much should hopefully give me some extra time for it. I've got a massive video I'd love to end the year on, otherwise start Season Five with next year but, it's bigger than ANY compilation episode I've ever attempted before and I don't own all the games for it (I do but not the best looking versions, also I can't capture others without emulators so I need to get that sorted as well) so we'll see how that goes.
