Tony Hawktober 2020) Here we go people... IT BEGINS! Me talking about working on Hawktober for the next 4 months, hope you're keeeeen!
In all seriousness though, it is that time of year where I start to take a look at the pre-production work as it just so happens, yet another remake from Activision gets announced. And wouldn't you know it, releasing right before Hawktober this year.

The skating gods have finally blessed the channel!

At first I was worried with how this release would affect my plans for the event this year. Even though I am trying to take a more relaxed approach, I really can't help myself it seems. Thankfully, this will fit just perfectly into my planned line of content. I'm not super sure if I should attempt EVERYTHING I wanted to talk about this year (handheld ports are frustrating like that) so we will see what happens. But I am super keen to check out the game and ride my collector's edition skateboard! 🛹

ELR Progress) The next Every Level Ranked is getting close to the beginning of pre-production. I've only got one more game to complete and then I'll be ready to rank and write the video! ETA: Mid-late June! I'm excited for you all to see what it is and it should be fun to work on.

MAY CONTENT) I'm not entirely sure how much I'm going to have working on between now and that ELR, as I've found myself in a real tough spot since moving. I don't know what I'm in the mood for... which is frustrating, because I'm not playing anything... which means I'm not working. I had a lot of ideas coming into 2020, all of which I'm still keen to do. But despite having a whole bunch of possible things to work on, nothing has really jumped out at me as THE THING to make right now. And I'm not really sure how to fix that. Once I get this final ELR game complete, I'll probably just sit for a day, trying a bunch of games and seeing if anything jumps out at me then.

But in the meantime, I do have some testing videos on the way! The first will be up on Friday (which is already available to Early Access patrons by clicking here) and another for next week is ready to go, with some more to film as needed. These have been a good way to adjust to filming in my new place so excuse some of the "back to basics" content until I get my shit together on more consistent Square Eyed Jak episodes.
