G'day everyone, welcome to the final month of 2021 (thank god!) I hope you're all well and looking forward to the holiday period, I'm very excited to get this year over with to have a fresh start over. I don't have too much to cover but please give everything a read!

Patreon Podcast and Q&A!) As I'm sure you're all aware, the Patreon exclusive monthly podcast and Q&A was essentially abandoned this year due to 2 major factors:

  • Lack of time to get them completed
  • Lack of interest from me to want to actually do them

So it was decided that it just made more sense to cancel them entirely, rather than continue spending the time producing content I wasn't happy making. That said, at the time I did want to do a huge final episode just to round everything up nicely but unfortunately life got in the way, I kept putting it off and just trying to ignore it... BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS: I'm ready to deliver that final episode!

SO PLEASE DROP PLENTY OF QUESTIONS and TOPICS IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS POST and I will answer them all in a podcast format to end off the year!

You've got until the 10th to submit your questions as I only have small windows for filming currently so don't hesitate. Please feel free to ask whatever! Currently due to my circumstances, uploading is a headfuck so I'm not entirely sure if the episode will be available before the Christmas or New Year but as soon as it's recorded, it WILL eventually see the light of day as soon as possible.

Channel Update) I'm also planning to have a channel update on the channel in December just to spill the beans on some things, to explain the lack of content this year and my plans for 2022. So keep in mind that some of your questions may be answered in that video but please, feel free to still ask things below for the Q&A as it's a better platform to go into greater detail on some things if you're interested.
But yes I think a channel update is long overdue, I'd just like to vent a bit and tell my story, offload some weight from my shoulders, that kind of thing. Though it's also a good opportunity to just touch base on a human level for a change.

Game Testing and Other Content) Unfortunately I feel that I'm just out of time to get another review episode up in 2021 which has me feeling really down. With being sick for 2 weeks and then just taking an escape afterwards to reset my mind, mentally I'm feeling the best I have in months and I want to be working on things again. It's just this weird state of limbo I still find myself in makes it difficult to find consistent time and motivation for being creative on video projects. That said, I do have a burst of inspiration and I'd like to start getting prepped on content for 2022.

In the meantime however, you can definitely expect to see some more game testing before Christmas. I've got a little bit of mail here to open along with a very full box of games from the past 2 years, so I'm very keen to just take it easy for a bit longer while I get my head screwed back on correctly. Along with that, I'm sure you'll also get to see some outtakes and fuck ups in a compilation before the New Year once everything is filmed!

Looking forward to that channel update and wishing you well into the New Year in health! If you gotta vent, then go for it. Venting tends to help make me feel better at least. As for future channel content for the rest of the year, we always look forward to random game testing. The spontaneous nature of them never cease to entertain. Question 1: Now that you have a Nintendo Switch, do you see your indifference towards portable gaming potentially changing for the better? Do you see yourself buying Switch versions of games you already own on other consoles for the sake of experiencing them portably such as THPS1+2, Crash 4, Spyro reignited? It’s something that I find myself doing more often than not as it’s becoming harder to find time to game on the PS4, Xbox.
