Hi everyone!
Another of the requested tutorials - a colourful chameleon ❤️
Feel free to experiment with this one, a great thing about painting chameleons is that you can use pretty much any colour you want!

Supplies used:

  • Liquitex acrylic paint: titanium white, lime green, phthalo green, primary yellow, cadmium orange, red oxide, medium magenta, quinacridone magenta, fluorescent pink, brilliant purple, deep violet, red, turquoise blue, prussian blue, bright aqua green, mars black
(Don't worry if you don't have these exact colours, just anything similar will work)

  • Paintbrushes: large wide flat (background), small and medium filbert (scales), small pointed (eye and small dots)

  • Canvas - I used an 8"x8" canvas panel, but any size will work

  • Reference image and line drawing attached to this post

I hope you enjoy painting this one!

I can’t wait to try this one! Are you able to open a chat where we can share our finished pieces with you?

Yay I hope you like it! Yes of course that's a great idea. I can open a community chat on here (I hope this is okay - private messages on here don't allow image uploads for some reason!) I'll do this now x

Thank you! Love being able to share. And for some reason I don’t get notifications of replies to messages in the comment section on the phone app. But I do for community forums.
