Colour Mixing Practice - How to Mix Skin Tones (Patreon)

Sorry for the delay in posting a new video, I wasn’t feeling well last week and fell a bit behind schedule. But I’m much better now, so I’ve filmed a colour mixing tutorial to show you an easy way to mix skin tones using just a few shades of paint 🎨

I know we usually focus on painting animals here, but learning to mix skin tones is great colour theory practice, so it's really useful for all kinds of painting. I also had a few requests to explain this in more detail after I posted the eye tutorial, so here it is!

Supplies used:

• Liquitex acrylic paints - titanium white, yellow oxide, pyrolle red, ultramarine blue and burnt umber
