I've been working on the next tutorial today - how to paint water! In this tutorial I'll be showing you the technique I use to paint the underwater backgrounds in some of my paintings (turtle, shark etc). It's really easy and so effective! This tutorial will be available soon!

I think I will benefit mostly from honing down into specific techniques like this rather than full projects. I want to learn how to paint like you, then use the techniques in my own art, rather than copy what you paint. Though I must admit I have enjoyed doing the giraffe. Yeah I completely agree! I think the best thing is to learn new skills that you can translate to your own work. I’ll be doing lots of tutorials like this. I’ll also film all of the new paintings I do as I think it will be helpful to watch how whole pieces come together 😊 I am loving your giraffe it looks amazing!
