Switching to euro payments (Patreon)

Hi! Since I started my Patreon years ago, I've been taking payments in USD as the currency didn't really matter given I needed to convert it into Hungarian forints (HUF) anyway.

However, since I've moved to France, euro has become my main currency, and the ever changing conversion rate from US dollars has been kind of a headache to keep track of.

I don't know when can I implement this change, as Patreon requires all payments to be processed first. The issue is that transactions via IOS take up to 75 days to come through, making it a never ending chase to have every payment processed.
