Hey everyone! Here's something we plan to do a little bit more regularly towards the end of each month, a chat about some of the movies we've been watching. On this episode we discuss Nope, Jurassic World: Dominion, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, Everything Everywhere All At Once, as well some older releases that we decided to watch for the first time in years! Enjoy and let us know what you thought of the movies we discussed below!

Awesome-O Kickass

Yes to the “Not to cut you off” and Mel Brooks merch

JokersJuicyAss

Oh that is just Patreon being Patreon

Sidetracks

Should be fixed now! Thanks for letting us know.

JokersJuicyAss

That's one hell of a name Dick Stanly

Joe's Music Hub

YES!!!! I'm glad somebody else thinks that Jordan Peele is starting to get pretentious! I liked Nope, but I was let down with a few things, like the ending and that scene with the monkey going apeshit (pun intended.) I wanted to know more about that, but nope (no pun intended), the Asian guy and the disfigured face girl are taken away by the spaceship.

JokersJuicyAss

Honestly as someone who seen a lot of those dogshit horror remakes of the 2000s, the only good ones are Rob Zombie's Halloween and especially Friday the 13th since that isn't a remake, it's more of a best of

JokersJuicyAss

Well dammit that Call in Show question is now off of the table

JokersJuicyAss

Man I would get a Mel Brooks stinks brown shirt

JokersJuicyAss

Oh boy can't wait for Mel Brooks Part two were Ryan is strangling Joe and screaming, "Stop giving me hope for this man!" for 10 minutes and the rest is just Ryan trying and failing to get rid of Joe's body, ending with Joe's arrest

JokersJuicyAss

One of the Baldwins (I think Billy) went to Binghamton, that's probably explains them being horrible

Luke Gordnier

Ryan I can totally see where your coming from with the unbearable massive talent. That awful dc league of super pets is the same thing for me where I see the trailer and I know what’ll piss me off and then a ton of people are trying to trick me into seeing it.

Luke Gordnier

I’m annoyed by meta humor as well

Luke Gordnier

As far as worse movies the love Guru is the worst movie I’ve ever seen but Jurassic world dominion is also bad

Luke Gordnier

I watched Jurassic park 3 the same day I watched dominion and I appreciated it a lot

Jesse Shade

I for one dug the hell out of UNBEARABLE WEIGHT, but I understand the hatred against the "celebrity sending themselves up" thing, it's too often just an easy gag over name recognition. It usually just seems like a tired variation on the Wayne Brady in Chappelle Show/NPH in Harold and Kumar gag, that the celebrity we thought of one way is actually this way.

My local movie theater is reeeeaaaally pushing that $3 ticket for any movie any showing on 9/3 and there’s nothing I am interested in. I miss going to the movies but nothing’s out!!! Last movie I saw was Nope and enjoyed it. Otherwise I’ve been watching the Frankie and Annette Beach Party movies. Lord know those aren’t going to be in a theater anytime soon unless I book a private showing. PS: a “Not to cut you off, but…” sticker or coffee mug would be fun and funny.

👉😜 I’m a big Potato Bug fan personally - Beatles by way of Terry-Thomas is goofy as hell

Kombeenanvus Cartoons

"I'm sick of the meta shit, we shoulda left it in the early 2000s" thanks for summing up why I hated the Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers Movie!
