Test: Emails (Patreon)

Some patrons were not receiving Email notifications. This is a test to see if they are receiving it  now.


I apologise for the inconvenience.


Patreon support has been notified of the issue.

Personnaly, I recieve the email for when you release a new post, but not when you give early acces...

Still don't have it after 6 minutes and still don't have the previous chapter's email (I just know to check around this time for it).

facing the same issue. It may be a generalized auto-filter kicking in based on gmail/yahoo/outlook detection, although your notifications are pretty unique and not spammy-looking. While it's been annoying, happy to know it's not isolated to me!

Yup, they're right, no emails from your patreon page. I've gotten a few from an android game developer and an NSFW artist, but I haven't gotten any from you.

Maybe a fix for people not getting emails is turning notifications on for royal road, since the chapters go live at the same time.

No notification for me either. I found the last chapter after finishing a chapter from another author. This was the first chapter that I missed notifications for. My brother started missing them a couple chapters ago though. Apparently I should have known to tell him there was a chapter :-)

I did not get this, but I have gotten revised chapters and extra content like sketches, the poll, and other images. The only thing I don't get is the normal chapter releases, and apparently this test email. This is also the only Patreon sub this is happening to me on.

I didn't get this, and haven't got a lot of the normal chapter releases. I have been mostly getting emails for the bonus art, and I got the alternate chapter notification as well.
