* The name should be familiar. He had a long-running show called You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook which had many legendary performances on it. It ended this year after 13 years due to him having a plagiarism scandal. * On that note, probably a good thing this was a Netflix show, otherwise, this episode wouldn't have aired. * Speaking of Younha, her song Event Horizon got a perfect all-kill (#1 on certain hourly, daily, and weekly charts in Korea) this week, more than a year after its release, which is crazy. Seems it started to go viral amongst college students after some college festival performances. * You can certainly see he was quite comfortable as a host with how his version came out since he spent time talking to the fans.

Oh yeah, i have heard of that show and have seen some of the performances, that sucks to have that kind of scandal. In the arts plagiarism can easily end a career. Is he cancelled in Korea now? - Thats awesome, i really like a handful of Younha songs (including Event Horizon). I think its awesome when stuff like that happens, like the Brave Girls with Rollin type thing. It shows the power of the people when we can collectively agree on something - you are right, he did seem really comfortable talking to the crowd, even more so than performing which is usually the other way around. It makes me wonder how long ago this was recorded and if it was completely before any scandal or anything

- I'm guessing he will take a year or two off before he can return to public life. He hasn't stepped down as CEO of his company I believe. The guy who was plagiarized (I believe was a Japanese composer) accepted his apology when the first song came to light, but after the second one, there wasn't much he could do. - Comparing it to Brave Girls is pretty apt since I believe they racked up some PAKs from Rollin as well when it went viral. PAKs are certainly a big deal since even a lot of big artists might at best get one. Bigbang has the 2nd most songs with PAKs at 6. IU has 19. - From what I have heard, I believe at least some of the episodes were filmed early in the year. It is pretty safe to assume this one was filmed before the scandal.

I dont think anyone should be cancelled, i understand needing to get out of the limelight and learning your lesson but i dont think your life should be ruined - i love soooo many IU songs, i am not surprised that she would have the most (i assume PAK is just kinda like topping the charts kinda thing?)
