Let's go with the two girls are trying to find their fairy master some more food and find three girls maybe first year college girls drunk and try and get them to follow them. Then they are overwhelmed themselves with hunger and feed on two of the girls and have some sexy fun time. Then the fairy shows up anger about her food already turned and sees the one girl hiding and feeds on her and she transforms then they all have some fun together.

Maybe the two new vampires try to turn the hot CEO of the company they work in so the fairy can feed from the employees? Maybe the girls turn her while the fairy turns the CEO's secretary who noticed what was happening and she then joins the rest of the vampires making it an orgy?

While looking for more food for their master, the vampire girls come across a young teen and her middle-aged babysitter. The teen is snapping that she should be old enough to not need a babysitter. The babysitter snaps back that she should be young and not need to babysit, but it’s not going to happen. The fairy is willing to give them the age and youth they desire, but only if they join her minions.

the previous chapter implied Samntha has a partner of some kind. with her new transformation why not show up at her partners place and offer them up to the fairy as tribute.
