How about Hinako Ninomiya turning into her adult form for the first time?

Gamefriend96

An potion from Master Happosai, wich should make Ranma stronger, instead starts to change him, every time he becomes female, more into an succubus and embracing her female side, searching for an male companion.

Gornyetch

For the oni/ogre idea, maybe Kasumi turning and then spreading curse to Ranma? Then if successful do a sequel where the two convert Akane and Nabiki in orgy?

HHNFan2011

I like the pregnancy potion.

M. Whitmer

Nabiki is often potrayed as snake or fox like due to her greed and cunning. So Nabiki grabbing an expensive looking artifact that changes her would be interesting. Could do a dragon tf for the greed thing since it's been a while for dragons.

Gornyetch

For the Shampoo werecat idea, maybe pair that with Ranma being attracted to her while under the Nekoken's influence (i.e., while thinking like a cat, obviously he'll be aroused by a female cat in heat)? For why/how of Shampoo transforming, maybe she used a technique/potion said to be guaranteed to defeat a Nekoken user (not reading the fine point of how it does so)?

The Insane Hiker

There's been a couple of alter-verse threads where the Chinese Amazons are catwomen and used the Nyannichuan to take the form of human women, so Shampoo's normal self was a catgirl and her cursed form was human.

Michael KochKetola

In the manga and original Anime there is a Ghost/Youkai Cat named Maomolin who causes Shampoo to grow Cat ears and tail as part of turning her into a full cat forever. In his first appearance he proposed to Akane, Female Ranma and Shampoo. So I'd suggest having Maomolin turn Shampoo into a Cat girl or Anthro cat along with Ranma and Akane to be his brides. Drawing Inspiration from an Old fic named Happi Days where Happosai turned everyone at Furikan High into a pretty young girl by dumping lots of spring of drown beautiful bride water into the sprinkler system? Happosai uses magic to turn various male Ranma 1/2 characters like Ryoga or Kuno into sexy young women.

Cydra

Akane learns Hinako's aura-draining technique and uses it on her rivals, which gives her a body comparable to Hinako's adult form if not bigger.

Salaerox 795

Shampoo trying out a new technique that will "bound her to Ranma", but it hits Akane instead, causing them to fuse into one person. Now Akane and Shampoo are forced to work living in one body, but it gets complicated especially when it comes to Ranma.

I remember Ranma was forced to wear some cosplay because of Akane's sisters and Tatewaki chasing her in a Bunnygirl cosplay. Could be a funny story with any other character even a yuri thing, Tatewaki being so stupid :p

The Insane Hiker

Just an addition to 5, what if Akari comes along for the ride as a piglet?

babemagnet

ok so all of these ideas are looking great i hope most of them can become comics

Gornyetch

2, 6, 10 all seem like neat ideas

hellhound

5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 y 11

Deiron Lionheart

I remember also seeing Ranma and few others transform on devianart, due to a cursed pearl or otherwise falling in the wrong pool, into mermaids or merfolk. Maybe something alongside those lines???

M. Whitmer

10 or 11 sound great

GullyZiss

Ryoga and Akane go on a trip together, and they get lost and wind up at the cursed springs. Ryoga tries to find the pig spring for Akane; however, Akane falls into the drowned man spring. After seeing what happens to her, she goes unconscious. Ranma finally catches up to them, finds out what happened just in time for Akane to wake up, horny as hell. Let the mix mash of Akane and Ranma ensue.

Mimikyu100

2,3,6,10 and 15 sounds really good

CiarAi

Mounomaxos

2. Kazumi turning into a female Ogre

Michael KochKetola

A few ideas. Happosai hits Ranma with curse that can only be lifted by have sex with a man, so Akane and/or Shampoo use Instant Jusenkyo water to turn into boys to lift the curse. Ryoga finds what he thinks is another Japanese Spring of drowned man, but it turns out to be a Spring of drowned girl and turns him into a Pig girl. Happosai makes a potion to restore his man hood on the Tendo dining table, while he is distracted by the TV one of the Tendo sisters takes it instead turning them into a Futanari. Mousse finds a bit of magic that he thinks will cure his curse, instead it turns him into a Duck girl because his cursed form is female and he misunderstood what the magic was supposed to do.

Michael KochKetola

Parody of the Fishing Rod of Love story where Ryoga thinks that the Fishing Rod will transfer his curse to Ranma, but Ryoga being Ryoga missed the warning label saying not to use on someone with the same type of curse or curse from the same source or they will merge. So the Rod turns both Ranma and Ryoga turn into Pig Girls.

Locofuria

The first idea is a project with partnership

Locofuria

The second idea will be a project for the next year (2026)

ANK

One day, I hope the Hinako ideas get used.
