So when does it become available for lower tiers/public?

Tiers 'Hard Boiled' and above: immediate; tier 'After Burner' after 1 week; tier Full 'Flame' after 2 weeks; tier 'Slow Burner' after 3 weeks; public after 4 weeks. I invite feedback and error reports so there may be further bug-fix updates during this time and by the time it becomes public hopefully most of the bugs are ironed out.
