Been watching MSTR since the dot com.... he did not split then so I did not expect this to happen.

But here we are

a MONSTER 10:1 split on Aug 7th.

What a day. This will really help propel the stock to continue to outperform BTC

I thought James said a while ago that stock splits are actually bad for stockholders over a longer term. I hope James will comment on this.

I don’t understand James. When NVDIA split you predicted a reversal as most splits do. Why does MSTR look poised to explode?

Looks like you must buy mstr before 8/1 to be included for the effective split date of 8/7. "The stock split will be effected by means of a stock dividend to the holders of record of MicroStrategy's class A common stock and class B common stock as of the close of business on August 1, 2024, the record date for the dividend."
