Miner M&A Activity Continues.

CIFR has received takeover interest, prompting the bitcoin miner to consider a potential sale, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

According to unnamed sources, the company is working with advisers to assess the interest from potential suitors.

I exited my position in CIFR despite their strong fundamentals, due to concerns over their alarmingly low cash levels highlighted by our financial data feeds.

Perhaps the company feels they can no longer operate independently?

Remember, mining is a cutthroat business.

Additionally, they missed last quarter's revenue expectations.

I got out a few months ago for exactly this reason. Rolled the cash into more CLSK. 😅

RIOT still looking for a buyout of other miners? Hope the offer is not as bad as RIOT offered for Bitfarms.
