Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, once labeled Bitcoin a "fraud" and "Ponzi scheme" but recently acknowledged it as a "legitimate asset class." This shift might be influenced by Bitcoin's growing mainstream acceptance and JPMorgan's Bitcoin services. Speculation has arisen about Dimon potentially becoming Treasury Secretary, which could significantly impact cryptocurrency regulation and adoption. While Dimon hasn't expressed interest in the role, his softened stance on Bitcoin hints at possible openness to government service, potentially legitimizing cryptocurrencies further.

Jamie Dimon is TOXIC His relentless vitriolic criticism of Bitcoin (his 'pet rock') would make him my NEVER EVER choice. I have a sense that his crooked demeanour, including his ties with Epstein, should see him in jail and nowhere near any government role.

He must of gotten together with Larry and figured a way to use this for their master plan

I did not think I could get more bullish on bitcoin…… Until I read this. Wow. This is really good.

Trump, Larry Fink, Jamie Dimon, Elon Musk, Saylor, Tom Lee, Cathie Wood, are all pro Bitcoin. This group of people Have both extreme monetary intelligence and/or influence. Because of this bitcoin is looking fairly cheap right now in my opinion. Selling puts on MSTR is a no brainer.

Your view that all Democrats or someone supporting a Democrat makes them all Communists and anti crypto is just not an accurate depiction of reality. Respectfully try not to label people like this - many democrats are actually centrists - believe it or not - and many give a damn about freedoms including owning crypto, not to mention the right to abortion, the right for education, etc

Americans just need more viable political parties like the rest of us. Dems have become the aberration of evil to the entire world

I read the Reuters article however given their rocky history I don’t think it would work. I also think Trump (and Vance) are all in on Bitcoin so even if Dimon were to accept the position, it would need to be contingent on a pro Bitcoin agenda. I believe the quote from Trump was something like he’s a “highly overrated globalist”. Maybe Elon can talk him into considering Cathy Wood!
