Hi Team

a quick note on the retirement account swap

it is going well but i shot a little prematurely into a swap during the Earnings Call in after hours.

STATUS SO FAR

first swap made 4.59%,

second swap 5.73%

third swap is unrealized gain now of 2.51% but it was too early - i could have swapped at a rate of 800 TSLA Per 100 MSTR.

MEA CULPA

The key takeaway here is that, given the tax-free nature of the retirement account, I tended to overtrade and act hastily without waiting for the chart to signal a clear turn in TREND. I missed a prime opportunity to increase my TSLA holdings by 14% by waiting, but instead, I only achieved a 2.51% return and have not swapped back yet.

The experiment and learnings will continue - but hey -
