Few investors truly grasp these essential principles, which is why I repeat them all the time

  • Identify Winning Investments Early - get in early get in hard.

  • Let Your Winners Run - don't sell winners too early, sometimes they can run for 2 to 10 years

  • Cut Losses Quickly - Embrace Rapid Failure

REMEMBER THESE MIND-BLOWING STATS 🤯🤯🤯🤯

  • The U.S. market has increased shareholder wealth by $47.4 trillion over the last 100+ years.

  • But, only the top 1,000 stocks (~4% of the base of 26,000+) accounted for all the wealth creation.

  • The most common one-decade buy-and-hold return was -100%.

Anybody have some voyager checks to cash soon? What are you buying?

Peter Thomas

The Nasdaq 100 has returned an annual average growth rate of 14.5%, that’s including all the market crashes. Beats inflation consistently

I am great at losing money.

Yes I should have cut my losers years ago. Hopium is a bad strategy

What about profit taking? Don't sell your winners but take profits appropriately should be one of the principles?

Carl Santo

The last two years I’ve been making good profits on covered calls. It has tremendously incressed my portfolio. I’m not an expert at it, but I feel very comfortable doing it and it’s working for me.

I don’t have the time to focus on all the great advice that James gives us. So I buy and hold certain stocks that will do great in the long term. I do take James advice with the crypto recommendations and and I do take James on certain stocks and do covered calls on them. I’ve done that with BTDR, CLSK, ENPH, NVDA and among others.

Old_Monkey

Does that mean that we may hold BTC and SOL even in the next bear market?

Sludge

Thanks James and crew for all you do
