Would the start of repayment mean selling off their current shares of SOL and other assets? Then consequently, wouldn’t that cause a dip in crypto prices first but, bounce back after the re-buyin.

James mentioned on DCA live that the distributions are just in cash. No crypto needs to be sold first. So all upside

Seriously, stop reporting this information. It is incredibly false and could harm creditors clicking a scam email. Believe me, I am a creditor and have explained it well in the BTC channel on Discord.

Probably most of the people are already back. Alot will not return because they were burned. They liquidated them at the worse time. So they are getting back a quarter of what they would have had.

Anyone know how the funds are being returned? Is it stable coin or USD?

From Ran Neuner : FTX DISTRIBUTIONS DO NOT BEGIN TOMORROW. Here are the facts: - October 7, 2024 court hearing will take place to confirm FTX's Chapter 11 plan of reorganization. - If approved, it will pave the way for repayments to begin. - Post-Hearing Payments: Payments are expected to occur following additional hearings scheduled for October 22, November 20, and December 12, 2024 - Distributions would start within 60 days of the plan becoming effective, but only for claimants <$50k. Bigger claimants will get distributions in Q1 2025 at earliest.
