Again Crypto Twitter could be wrong about FTX - we shall see - but what we do know is

I don't have FTX, I don't use FTX I have no balance on FTX. The image above is from Marty Party who is investigating it. WE WILL DISCUSS On DCA tomorrow. BEWARE OF ALL THINGS>.. THIS IMAGE from MARTY could be fake but he thinks it is real

FROM A FUND MANAGER IN CHICAGO

Commercial payouts were approval on Sept 18 and have begun since last week - retail payout will approve Oct 7 for possible Nov 7 start.

Plus payouts will be staggered not big bang, which is also better for the markets.

I was in process of removing all from FTX and was locked out with 14 sol remaining. The dollar amount I’m supposed to get back is $233 …so $16.64 per sol. I do not know if that is accurate or not for the time I was locked out or the cost basis when purchased. We are not getting back the tokens nor are we getting back the current value ($156) I also learned 3 deposits are missing in FTX from my bank (a total of $3200) I can account for every bank withdrawal and every deposit to FTX…except for three. I resubmitted my claim but they haven’t acknowledged this.

I think the payments will happen soon. I had a account there with cash about to buy one bitcoin. It collapsed before I had the 16K needed at the time. Had to log on to my post Bkrpt account and provided W9 tax information and it showed the exact amount I had there when FTX went bankrupt. I heard we be made whole plus interest. Of course if I had have made it to one bitcoin I would still only get 16K.

How are creditors supposed to receive their USDT distribution?

andreas marx

I assure you this, they will be paid at the time that best suits the govt and administrators of FTX, not the original holders

The payouts will be based on the price of crypto at the time of bankruptcy (BTC at $16000). This is the law and it is the same way all the others did it. This is why people claim to be getting more than 100%… it’s more money than bitcoin was worth at 16000, but still a fraction of what it would be worth today if they held it

Aron

This is correct. They will pay you based on a $16 Solana price, not today’s price.
