Emerging markets may be waking up after a long 15-year slumber compared to the US market. The Emerging Market performance has been nothing short of awful.

But could be they coming around?

For about 15 years, global markets, especially emerging markets, have underperformed compared to the US. This extended period of underperformance can be seen as a "bear market" for global stocks relative to US stocks.

Global stocks, including those in emerging markets, are now considered cheap compared to their historical values. They're also inexpensive when compared to US stocks, which are currently seen as expensive. I saw this with $BABA and $SE earlier this year.

While global stocks have been a "value trap" (appearing cheap but continuing to underperform) for a long time, there are now hints that this trend might be changing. Investors are watching for signs that could indicate a turnaround in performance.

India is a market that has my eye and I am starting to see if there are any good options on the ground.

I still believe for now, the place to be is artificial intelligence and crypto, and that's where I am placing my bets, but slowly, I'm tiptoeing into emerging markets, as you know from the two stocks mentioned above. I also believe the capital markets in the United States are still the most mature and the safest.

I’ve been invested in the Indian market for the past 2 years riding its bull run. I’ve made close to 100% on some key names, while 200-400% on others. But now I’m exiting my positions as I feel it’s overvalued and now that China has eased its policies, that might be a good market. India is still a great option, but with China back in play, it was better to invest earlier

Love it, that’s exactly why I’m part of this Patreon. Looking forward to updates on this in the future.

I am holding BABA calls and a few shares. I also like RKLB as my slow and steady play

to really make emerging markets work, you need direct access to these securities. ADRs and ETFs are expensive and can include a LOT of junk. Getting access isn’t easy. Research what it takes to invest in the Indian stock market.

QUESTION for James: Can you comment on "market manipulation" of Bitcoin? It is surprising that with all the ETF buying that has happened since January, the BTC price is so stable at such a modest trading range? Is this because without the ETFs the price would have been even lower? Or is there some market manipulation going on in the search of long term profits in Bitcoin?

I have had a tiny amount RKLB for quite a while. I am accumulating for the past few months. Right now I have more money in it than TSLA. Beck is anti-Musk. I like the way he manages.

LaxGuy36

I’ll stick with BTC, SOL, MSTR, TSLA, NVDA, CLSk.
